6 weeks back from our Tenerife home, and I still feel it so deeply within me. 🌊☀️ (Pic 1)

I feel so honored, happy, and full of bliss for these precious moments on the European mainland. ❤️ Of course, even amidst the beauty, there were also some stressful moments and I sometimes missed “our intimate space for 5.”
We loved our family time biking, exploring new places, and even water skiing on Lake Annecy in France! 🚲💦 (Pic 2)

In Belgium, we enjoyed peaceful yet dynamic days with friends – swimming in the pond almost every day, surrounded by forest and countryside. 🌿 (Pic 3)

Back in Czechia, I felt so connected and rooted with my family and dear friends. 💕 (Pic 4)

And what a joy to revisit the Jeseníky Mountains, staying in a traditional wooden chalupa cottage – pure magic. 🏡✨ (Pic 5)

And the journey isn’t over yet… one last little adventure awaits me next week, this time on my own. ✈️💫
Wishing you a beautiful summer (if you’re in the Northern Hemisphere 🌸).
With love, T. 🤍

Every day, one step closer to what we’re experiencing right now.
Sometimes the shift is barely noticeable.
In a breath that suddenly gives you more space.
In a posture that brings relief to your body.
In a sentence you whisper to yourself: “I can do this.”

This is true for life in general — not just for pregnancy.

🌀 And that’s exactly what my pregnancy support and birth preparation are about — small steps that transform your inner world.

Let me know where you’re at right now by commenting below:

Pregnant women often ask me:
✨ Can I really prepare for a natural birth?
✨ How can I welcome pregnancy with calm and trust? My answer is often like – it’s about your mindset, the space you create around you, and the gentle practices that connect you with your body and baby.
It’s about knowing your needs, trusting your strength, and learning to soften… to surrender.

🌿I am excited to share more in the new podcast episode today! 🎧 (link in bio).

They say birth begins long before labor starts. 🌱
For me, it begins with every deep breath, every gentle movement, every moment of connection with your baby. It is all so complex and interconnected 🤍
💞 That’s why I love reading what women share after joining my pregnancy yoga sessions.
Because it shows how much difference it makes when you give yourself that space to pause, move, and truly prepare.

If you’ve been wondering whether pregnancy yoga could support you too, maybe these words from three amazing mamas will give you a glimpse of what’s possible. ✨

Breath. Movement. Trust.
All the essentials you need to prepare for a calm, confident birth. 🌸

🙏 I thought I was ready for anything. I had my plan, my vision, my calm. But birth has a way of humbling you.

👉 This is the last part of Isi’s birth story — and the one I found hardest to share.
Because it’s the moment everything cracked wide open. And there were unexpected situations…
The pain. The fear. The acceptance. The surrender.
And then… the most powerful love I have ever felt in my life.
Even now, as I speak about it, I can feel the tears in my eyes.
Because this isn’t just a story about birth.
It’s about meeting my daughter. Us as parents and family 💞
It’s about meeting myself, in a way I never had before. Blessed.

So often, women in my prenatal yoga classes—or in our mentoring sessions—ask me:
“Teri, how am I going to survive the pain of birth?”

And then they tell me:
❌ “I have such a low pain threshold.”
❌ “I’ve never even been in a hospital.”
❌ “I heard so many terrifying birth stories.”
❌ “I just don’t trust myself enough.”
❌ “My last experience wasn’t good at all.”
❌ “The fear all around me is overwhelming.”
❌ “I’m scared of the unknown.”

I hear you. And I get it—completely. Because birth can feel unpredictable, raw, and overwhelming. But it can also become deeply transformative, powerful, and filled with trust.

Here’s what changes everything:
✨ Understanding what is really happening in your body
✨ Preparing for birth—not just physically, but emotionally and mentally
✨ Knowing how to work with your body (and not against it)
✨ Surrounding yourself with a calm, supportive environment
✨ Having simple tools to stay grounded and connected with your baby

When you feel safe, when your body trusts and your mind softens, pain shifts— from something you fear to something that carries you closer to your baby.

🌊And this is exactly what we explore together in Pregnancy Yoga. Breath. Movement. Trust. So that when your moment comes—you’ll feel ready.

Did you know that research from The Royal Women’s Hospital in Melbourne recommended 56 women to practice just 20 minutes of yoga a day? And do you know what they found?
✨ 76% fewer pregnancy complications
✨ More mental and emotional stability
✨ Better sleep
✨ Less back pain

But these aren’t just numbers. These are real experiences of women who, with just a few minutes a day, felt calmer, more confident, and stronger. Women who found trust in themselves and in the process of birth itself.

💞And maybe this could be your path too…Just a few minutes a day, breath, movement, and coming back to yourself.

🌊 In Pregnancy Yoga I can guide you into this space. Not to make you “know” more, but to help you feel good, prepared, and—most of all—calm. Deeply trusting yourself, your body, and your baby.
With love, Teri

Did you know that 20 minutes of meditation can replace up to an hour of sleep?
Honestly… this is saving my life as a mum. 🙈💛

These days, I do my best to carve out at least 10 quiet minutes a day —
to breathe, soften, rest.
It’s not a luxury. It’s a lifeline.

That’s also why I recorded a short episode on the podcast:
✨ Soft Prenatal Relaxation
Less than 15 minutes.
Just your breath, gentle sounds, and space to reconnect.

Because this… this is what every mama-to-be truly needs.
You deserve it.

• Ask anything about pregnancy and birth
• Receive guidance tailored to your situation
• Connect with other women walking the same path

A new episode is out — just like every Sunday.
But this time, it’s something a little different.
No stories, no explanations.
Just a gentle invitation to slow down…
and deeply relax — with your baby.

Soft koshi chimes, mindful breathing, and spacious stillness.
A little sanctuary in your day.

🌬️ Take this moment just for you.

And if this resonates, you’ll find more guided relaxations and breathing practices inside our online course too.

Teri 🤍

What if birth wasn’t something to manage…
but something to honor?

Out of the 7 basic needs of a birthing woman, two are absolutely essential — and beautifully simple:

✨ To feel safe
✨ To switch off the thinking brain

Just like all mammals, we need to feel protected, warm, and unobserved in order for labor to unfold naturally. If a woman doesn’t feel safe, her body won’t open. It’s that primal.

And to give birth, we don’t need to think — we need to feel.
To breathe.
To be.
Oxytocin, the hormone of love, is shy. It flows best when the neocortex (the “rational brain”) is quiet.

As Ruth Ehrhardt beautifully says:
“A woman must be allowed to fall into labor the same way we fall into sleep.”

Let’s not disturb this dance.
Let’s hold space for it.

Because when a woman feels safe and undisturbed — birth becomes what it’s meant to be: powerful, gentle, sacred. For more liste PODCAST episode 1!

With love, T.

There's a sacred space between what you know and what you don't.
Between control and surrender.Between planning and trusting.

This space – this is where BIRTH happens.
Where you meet yourself in ways you never imagined.

🌊 In our Pregnancy Yoga Course, I'll guide you to this space.
Not to fill it with more "knowing," but to help you become comfortable with its mystery.
To find peace in the not-knowing. To discover strength in surrender.

Because birth isn't about having all the answers.
It's about trusting the questions.

🤍 What question about birth keeps returning to you? Share it below – sometimes naming it is the first step to finding peace with it.T.
