You don’t see much of me here, because my life in the real world already feels so full.

So many beautiful families invite me to walk beside them on their journey into parenthood… and I lean into that with my whole heart and soul, listening to that quiet, steady beat inside that tells me I’m on the right path.

At home, I am recharged by my own little world — hungry, growing boys, a loving husband, a cheeky dog, cuddly cats and wast forest.

And from that full heart, this is my next offering to families…
a very intimate setting, created with care, softness and deep presence.

Life is full. My heart is full. And I’m so grateful I get to hold space for you in such a special chapter of your lives 💜

Whenever I scroll through the pictures of all the participants who have ever taken my Holistic Birth Preparation course, I feel so blessed and deeply in love with each one of them. For many, I’ve had the honor of witnessing their beautiful transformation into parenthood. Some I still have the joy of seeing in my life, which fills me with so much gratitude and love.

Soon, I’ll be opening registration for the new Holistic Birth Preparation course starting in November, and I can already feel that familiar tingling in my stomach — the excitement of meeting new couples who are ready to open their hearts and souls to the powerful transformation that birth brings.

Time passes by like crazy, I would love to be more regular with these magic gatherings, but last couple of years I’ve noticed how important it is to nourish myself with more space and time for myself…grounding myself after every journey of birth that shoots me up in heavens and back down takes some time ..

So finally I see this Friday as a perfect moment to get together for a little gentle walk (perfect for prams, babies in carriers and big bellies).

After a little walk we will sit around the table at beautiful and yummy and share some mama wisdom (few topics are already in the air, but as usual depends on the inspiration and needs of all participants.

Oh my goodness, this summer is being amazing... I’m still waking up from that dream... will maybe post some photos later... I have been blessed with an incredible journey through US & Canada, soaking up the immensity of nature and loads of love from our dear friends ...I barely recovered from the jet lag and the mamas and babies that have been waiting for me perfectly aligned with universal order and I could again witness the incredible power we women posses.. I can’t be more blessed with my profession..❤️

So now I’m ready for September, to gain again some sense of order, rhythm ... This course is held in person in Palma and is my true love affair. Use the link in my bio to book your spot.

Closing & wrapping up this year with loads of love and gratitude. Trusting the free fall of life.

2023 has been an interesting year for me—a year of wrapping up my life after almost 20 years on Mallorca, putting our house on the market, and planning a big move with my whole family (husband, 2 boys, 2 cats, a huge dog, parrot, and a couple of chickens) somewhere where the things we’ve been missing here would be at our doorstep.

After our summer road trip where we opened our hearts and minds to all the possibilities, we arrived back at our ‘bird nest paradise’ on Mallorca and realized that this is still our home—the perfect place to be NOW.

I fell in love with this island again, and for the first time, I consciously say this is my chosen home (I sort of accidentally landed here 20 years ago).

So, nothing is permanent; all is changing. We can prepare as much as we can for the big events of life, but in the end, we need to walk our path one step at a time, be present at every breath we take, and focus on the next best step.

I feel blessed, full, and grateful 🙏🏼.

Gratitude for being allowed to witness the arrivals of so many gorgeous babies this year, to witness the endless and unbeatable feminine power that makes me shed tears of amazement and sisterhood every time I sense that vibration in the birthing room.
