Stress, stagnation, and physical or emotional inflexibility? These are the three main factors that affect the liver energy system.

The liver is responsible for ensuring that blood and qi flow easily and smoothly throughout the body’s structures, working in harmony with the stomach and spleen systems. ✨
However, almost everyone has faced stress, anger, frustration, or impatience. Since emotions and thoughts are also Qi, suppressing OR over-expressing them can directly impair the liver’s ability to function at its full potential. 🦋
