I will sahumar or smudge your Heart to clean it off guilt and self-destruction. So that you can love and value yourself and from there connect with love for others.
I will smudg your arms below and above so that you have your wings free to fly.
I will smudg your crown of your head to cleanse the old memories that lead you to repeat the same thing and connect you with your Sacred Self.
I will smudge your forehead to scare away the thoughts that cloud your Vision, your eyes to see what you do not yet see and your ears to hear the call of your Spirit.
I will smudge your throat to release the knot that does not let you speak and connect your mind with your Heart.
I will smudge your solar plexus to extinguish the fire of anger, impotence and rage. And ignite the flame of power and will that will take you to your goals.
I will smudge your womb so that the attachments burn: the loves that were not, the dreams that were not born and the children that did not come, so that your desire to feel, to create and to start again is ignited.
I will smudge your s*x, to remove the residue of that wasted energy that you collected from trying so hard to love others and yourself.
I will smoke your feet to clean the old footprints so that you can take new steps, I will open the way with this medicine so that a new destiny manifests itself before you.
Turn around, I will smudge the back of your neck where it hides what is lurking.
I will clean your back, removing the weight of the past and the disempowered histories that you carry.
I ask you to turn around and put your hands in the shape of a bowl. I will cleanse your hands to remove the damage and the moorings they hold and be Purified to give and receive.
