In die sauna gebeuren toch wonderlijke dingen. Ik loop in de bediening, neem een bestelling op, het is al wat rustiger in de avond, dus er is tijd voor een kort praatje … je kent me 😉

De mensen blijken in Hamburg te wonen … aaaah dat raakt wat aan bij mij … Nia! Daar deed ik een aantal Nia opleidingen en dagen bij Nia - Anniann - Ann Christiansen.

Ik vertel of ze van dansen en bewegen houden? Jaaa! zegt ze.

Nou … afgesproken even een appje te sturen met wat gegevens erover. Ik moest namelijk even doorwerken 😁💪🏼✨

Und gesprochen über Nia mit Ann Christiansen.

Ich wünsche sie machen mahl Nia mit Freude an der Bewegung. Es kann soooviel Spass geben und so eine Freudevolle Wege für Körper, Geist und Seele! Einfach herrrrlich!

Also Klassen sind in Kijodo Dojo, in Altona, Mendelssohnstrasse, Kaifu Lodge und Meridien Spa.

Wie ik gesagt habe, war ich verschiedene Mahle in Hamburg für die erste Stufe Nia Ausbildung, der Nia White Belt (2010 … und viele Mahle mehr 🥰🤞❤️)

Gisteren een heerlijke saunadag met mijn lieve vriendin Anke. Terwijl we lekker in het bubbelbad zitten, valt mijn oog op iets moois. Een mevrouw passeert me en ik zie een prachtige hanger aan een kettinkje. Ik zeg haar hoe mooi ik hem vind en vraag haar of de hanger een betekenis voor haar heeft.
Ze vertelt dat ze ooit op een rommelmarkt een soortgelijke hangertje vond van blik en ze vond de vorm zo mooi; een zwarte druppel in het midden, omhuld in een metalen ruit met in iedere richting, 3 metalen bolletjes. Ze voelt dat ze terug wil om het te kopen voor 30 cent.

Ze besluit om daarna bij een zilversmit een zilveren ontwerp te laten maken met een onyx steen in het midden.

Maar wat zie jij erin dan?, vraagt ze mij. Ik zeg, nou ik weet niet of je open staat voor een beetje spiri wiri? Ze is benieuwd en zegt het bijzonder te vinden wat hier gebeurt. Dit heeft nog nooit iemand over mijn hanger gezegd. En ze vindt dat heel mooi.
Ik merk zelf dat ik het ook wat spannend vind, om het te gaan vertellen.

Ik zeg, het midden, de zwarte steen, zie ik als een oneindige plek waar je dingen die niet langer bij je horen in mogen verdwijnen en oplossen, opruimen van negativiteit. Een zwarte oneindige ruimte, als het heelal. (Wat ik er nog meer bij voel, houd ik even voor mij, beetje doceren, voel ik)
En de bolletjes, steeds in een groepje van 3, geven voor mij de windrichtingen aan met ieder hun eigen kracht. Noord voor …,
Wil je hierover horen?, vraag ik.

Vertelde ook dat ik hierover leerde in mijn Yoga opleiding en een sjaministische Healingsessie en 10 daags Sjamanistisch Retreat in Portugal.

Ze zegt het heel mooi te vinden, dit alles te horen. Ook mooi om mij op een andere manier te leren kennen.
Ik deel nog dat ik zie dat ik haar ervaar als een krachtige vrouw, die in haar centrum staat, en verbonden tussen alle andere centra. Emotioneel volwassen.
Ze zegt dat ze dat ook zo voelt.

Ik vraag haar naam …. Maria … prachtig.

Ik besef me iedere keer weer dat in het moment er soms dingen oplichten. Ik had ook niets kunnen zeggen. En door het wel te zeggen ontstond zo’n mooi gesprek en ontmoeting. Het is een keuze. En kijk wat voor een moois er ontstond.

Ik kan niet anders meer dan mijn waarheid spreken in de ruimte die dat toelaat en waarin het klopt. En daar ben ik dankbaar voor🙏

Geen foto nee van het bubbelbad 😁🤞. Die foto zit wel in mij. Dat zijn de mooiste. Ik zie het hangertje en het gezicht van Maria wat steeds meer en meer ging stralen.

Het leven is mooi ✨🫶✨🙏

Every day you can participate in Yoga, Pilates, Meditation and Nia. There is also a Wonder Tour, a Workshop African Percussion (drums), African Dance, Cacao Ceremony and Sharing Circles.
Every morning there are classes in a beautiful classroom (yoga mats available) or on the beach.

You will stay in an airconditioned apartment, private sun rooftop with sun beds with a swimming pool within walking distance of the sea.

Spending 8 days together in a beautiful place in the east of Ibiza! The airconditioned apartment has 2 double bedrooms with separate single beds, equipped with kitchen and bathroom. There is also a swimming pool, cozy restaurants and (Beach) bars nearby.
