You will identify it by its line of thin tiny hairs on the stem that distinguished it from other similar ones. I love to cook it in soups, or make a pesto sauce with it. 🇬🇧Plant-based fats (those “omegas”) have been proven not only NOT to increase your body weight (although they don’t make you loose it either) but also to lower the risk of cardiovascular disease. They protect the brain and nervous system from aging, they help sustain blood glucose levels so our energy is stable and we don’t feel hungry, they keep our joints hydrated, our bowels moving, and our organs happy. Veggie fats come in different forms and we should be eating them daily for our health. Avocado, olives, cacao, seeds, nuts, cold-pressed oils, spreads and butters... Such variety!

The use of Cannabis as a Medical Drug is becoming more and more popular and legalized in various countries, including Thailand (despite having been hardly punished for its consumption in the past). I am updating my scientific knowledge towards better knowing how to prescribe this medicine with several courses and would like to know, if you have some time to dedicate to me:

1) What kinds of questions would you ask at a dispensary if you are suffering from a condition that you might be interested in knowing if Cannabis can help you?
