Some of the most limiting beliefs we carry are the subtle thoughts we repeat so often that we stop noticing them.
Before we know it, thoughts like “I’m not enough” or “I don’t belong here” start feeling like facts.
But not every thought you think is true. Sometimes it reflects an old wound, an outdated belief, or a story you’ve repeated for too long.
The first step is awareness. You can’t change what you don’t notice. But once something comes into your awareness, you get to decide what to do with it.
If there’s one thing I hope you take away from this, it’s this: the story you tell yourself is powerful, and the way you speak to yourself matters.
Try to make that story, and that voice, one that supports you, not one that tears you down.
