When reading articles about ESS, we - as organizers - have a unique opportunity to see the event through someone else’s eyes. 🥹

And looking at it with James’s eyes is very special. ❤️
Scaling up the event was the biggest challenge of 2026 edition.

Thanks to James’s experience, he identified what was most difficult for us: preserving the existing character of ESS while the conference was experiencing such a growth in every measurable aspect.
