This week at The EMPWR!
A bit of a lighter week, but never the less, we’re getting ready for another GAME NIGHT this Thursday - one of our favorite events 🤓 Get competitive and come join us for of games, some drinks, snacks and a fun evening with friends!

Other than that you have our regular classes on the schedule, and tonight is hosting our yin yoga. Expect a magical, slow practice, allowing you to reconnect with your mind, body and soul!

And tomorrow morning, we have our weekly Breakfast & Brainstorm - topic of the week: what’s one difficult experience that changed your perspective? Let’s talk about how hard things can become turning points. Make sure you sign up in advance 😉 See you in the morning! ☕✨
