The hardest part isn´t the workout.

It´s walking through the door for the first time.🚪

So here´s what you can expect in your first 2 weeks at Feathers Fitness:

1️⃣ Onboarding Session - before your first session with us you'll go through a movement assessment, we'll prepare you for your first workout and help you book your sessions for the first 2 weeks.

2️⃣ STRENGTH Basics - we focus on doing the basics well, well coach you through the right technique so you can lift with confidence.

3️⃣ Building Consistency - you're getting into the groove of things, repeating what you're learning and showing up.

4️⃣ Building Confidence - things are starting to click, you're remembering the cues and walking in knowing what to expect.

5️⃣ Feeling Progress - you can already feel the progress you're making which sparks you to keep going!
