🥗 Easy & Healthy Power Bowl 🥑🍠🍳

Looking for a quick, delicious, and super healthy meal? Try this simple recipe that works perfectly for lunch or dinner:

Ingredients:
• 1 roasted sweet potato (with olive oil + your favorite spices)
• 1 roasted tomato (also with olive oil + spices)
• ½ avocado
• 100 g cottage cheese
• 2 fried eggs (cooked on a non-stick pan with little oil))

Method:
1. Roast the sweet potato and tomato in the oven (or airfryer) with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and your favorite spices until golden and soft.
2. Place the roasted veggies in a bowl, add the cottage cheese and sliced avocado.
3. Top it all off with 2 fried eggs.
4. Serve beautifully arranged in your bowl, and enjoy a colorful, nutritious, and protein-packed meal!

🥣 Natural Granola Bowl with Banana, Honey & Blueberries

Ingredients:

- Oats
- 1 banana
- 1 or 2 tablespoons honey
- Yogurt (as much as you like)
- Fresh blueberries

Method:

In a hot pan, add some oats and sliced banana.
Drizzle 1 (2) tablespoons of honey and stir until everything is nicely caramelized.
Let the mixture cool down.
In a bowl, add your desired amount of yogurt.
Top with the oat and banana mix.
Finish with some fresh blueberries for a refreshing touch.

And that’s it! A healthy, natural, and delicious breakfast or snack! 👌

That’s why I want to share this recipe with you: a delicious alcohol-free cocktail 🍉❄️ you can enjoy anytime, no booze required ✨

🍹 Summer Breeze (Frozen Watermelon Mocktail)

Ingredients (for 1 glass):

🥤 2 cups fresh watermelon (seedless, cut into chunks)
🍋 25 ml fresh lime juice
🍯 20 ml agave syrup (or your favorite sweetener)
❄️ 1 cup crushed ice

Method:

Add all ingredients to a blender.
Blend until smooth and frosty.
