Sometimes stress doesn’t leave through thinking…
it stays stored in the body.
Most men were never really shown how to release pressure in a healthy way.
They’re told to stay strong, keep it together, push through.
But eventually the body keeps the score.
On Saturday 14th March, I’m holding a guided breathwork session at Solace designed to help you safely release what’s been building under the surface.
We begin with grounding, move into a powerful 3-part active breathing journey, and finish with an optional vocal release — a moment many people find deeply freeing.

The space is open to anyone who feels ready to let something go. ( men and women ) ☺️👍🏼
