DoctorLanz and BSL Urgent Care would like to inform our patients that during the state of alarm officially declared by the Spanish Government, we will continue to provide medical services. Even if the clinic is closed, our patients can contact us at one of the following numbers:

We know how important it is for our patients to be able to consult all of their medical concerns with the doctor, which is why we will continue to work during this crisis, but we request that you make an appointment at the following numbers: 603 815 778 or 651 777 444.
We will also be available to make home visits and deliver prescription via appointment for patients with chronic pathologies.
If you suspect that you have contracted COVID-19, please follow the instructions provided by the Spanish Health Authority and call 900 112 060.
Emergency services also remain open at Hospiten in Puerto de Carmen. ( 928 59 61 00)
Also, for those United States and Canadian citizens who may find themselves in the Canary Islands during this global emergency, we offer medical advice free of charge. We understand the language barrier which can arise and compound the state of despair for English speaking patients, thus through our telemedical platforms (https://doctorlanz.org/online-service-and-record or https://dotorlanz.continuouscare.io/secure/registration) we can provide opportune advice, especially in regards to COVID-19 and the adequate use of its screening protocols.
Those American and Canadian citizens who find yourselves in Lanzarote can make use of our facilities at no charge and can count on our assistance if needed.
We recommend that you stay at home and follow the recommendations of the Spanish Government.

Ante la situación excepcional que estamos viviendo tras la emergencia Sanitaria provocada por el virus COVID-19, desde DoctorLanz y BSL Urgent Care, queremos informarles que seguiremos suministrando servicios médicos. Aunque la clínica esté cerrada, nuestros pacientes podrán ponerse en contacto con nosotros en los siguientes números de teléfono:

Sabemos lo importante que es para nuestras pacientes poder acudir a la clínica para sus necesidades médicas y por eso seguimos trabajando durante esta crisis, pero les pedimos que antes de acudir a la clínica, se pondrán en contacto con nosotros para pedir cita en uno de los siguientes números de teléfono: 603 815 778 o 651 777 444.
También, estamos disponibles para hacer consultas a domicilio y suministrar la entrega de recetas médica mediante cita previa, para pacientes con patologías crónicas.
Si tiene una sospecha de haber contratado el COVID-19, por favor, sigue las instrucciones de las autoridades sanitarias españoles y llama el número 900 112 060.

Para los ciudadanos de los Estados Unidos y Canadá que se encuentran en las Islas Canarias durante esta emergencia global, ofrecemos consejo médico gratis.
