Back in the game!
As many of you know, after losing our four-leg daughter Molly last September I’ve decided to take a Sabbatical. I needed a time for myself, a time to expand, a time where invisible became visible, a time where everything connects harmoniously and endlessly. So, my Sabbatical journey started on the Camino of Santiago with Robert Schleip. A journey in a magical land, with many stories, where you meet many souls, a journey where you decide to be or not to be. As you may know my passion regarding human tissue, Fascia and her “yet” unknown full story. So, who could understand and translate my senses into images, invisible in visible other than Robert Schleip. He is a German psychologist, human biologist and author, best known for his research in the field of fascia. A most kind and sweet soul in the world, a marvellous presence. This Sabbatical was not all research, it was also about dancing, colour and celebrating love. And it could not be finished without a diner and lovely atmosphere in Ireland, after a seminar with my dearest teachers and authors Aubrey Gowing, James Waslaski and Alison Khanagan, beautiful friends and colleagues that bind us together more than a decade. It was a time of regression, a time of self-connection, a time of self. And now it’s time to Restart doing what I’m doing best: Feel the abnormality, feel the end, think, stop/act and wait for the answer. And as Christmas is approaching, I’ve also started my wishing list but first: I’m grateful for what I am. I wish my days always be a delight, I wish to be able to change the mindset of many who believe in the no pain no gain mantra, who measure time instead of letting their body react, expecting complete healing after one session without taking into consideration and respecting the time to heal ,the aftercare, and the need to change the, often, bad habits that contributed to the pain. I wish endlessly be power of change and betterment for all.
