If you're struggling with depression, stress or anxiety, low mood or just lacking motivation, it can often be difficult to pull yourself out of it without help and support.
After a recent breakdown, and regular bouts of depression, causing me to give up my business and isolate myself from the world for a time, I totally identify and understand all these issues.

I am attempting to start a group to help support those in need, and in doing so support myself.
I have experience in teaching Yoga, mindfulness and meditation techniques, community work with clients suffering with mental health problems and addiction, counselling and different group related therapies. (For those who know me already, I haven't always been "just a plumber") 😁
PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE don't suffer alone and in silence.
And to all the MEN and women out there who don't like to talk about this stuff.......RE-THINK YOUR THINKING, I'd be lost without help and support, it could help you too.
