My Story

So I started as Relaxing Massage, delivering a mix of Western and Thai massage to release tension, reduce stiffness and pain and promote holistic healing throughout the body. I then qualified in Reflexology and Reiki which has allowed me to create what I now call Intuitive Healing. It involves the three above disciplines and I can offer a single one or a blended approach, depending on the needs of the you, the client.

Western massage focuses on the physical body, muscles, fascia, etc while the Thai massage incorporates physical work with energy work in the form of freeing the Sen energy channels that promote healing. Reflexology is all about bringing the body back to its natural balance to promote self- healing and Reiki does also, using the body’s energy fields or chakras. When used in conjunction with each other they produce a powerful healing from within.

Thus, not only is the physical body working towards repair and balance but the mind, emotions and spirituality are too, providing an holistic experience that really helps with issues ranging from chronic neck and back pain, to anxiety and depression, metabolic imbalances and a whole host of other illnesses.

Many of my clients live part-time or completely in another country and the joy of Reiki is that it can provide distance healing, which I have found to be beneficial in many different cases including rheumatoid arthritis, back pain, vertigo, anxiety and insomnia.
