**Volunteer Opportunity at Our Retreat Center**
We are looking for a couple of volunteers to join our team at our retreat center.
**What We Ask For:**
- A strong connection with animals, as one of the main tasks will be caring for the animals on the property: two dogs, two cats, and an African tortoise.
- Helping with the upkeep and maintenance of the gardens and general facilities for about **three hours a day, five days a week**.
- A commitment to your personal practice and self-development, ensuring a **harmonious and positive experience** within the community (around six residents live at La Finca). Think of it as a personal retreat.
- A **minimum stay of three months**, with the possibility of extending if everyone is happy.
- **Fluency in English**. A good level of Spanish or a willingness to learn is highly valued.
**What We Offer:**
- Accommodation in a beautiful **cortijo** with your own **private bathroom, terrace with stunning views, a spacious bedroom, living area, and desk**. You’ll share an additional lounge and kitchen with the rest of the team.
- **Daily lunch prepared by our chef** for the team, Monday to Friday, and every day when retreats are taking place.
- A **weekly allowance of €30** to help cover breakfast and dinner expenses.
- Unlimited access to fresh organic produce from our **eco-friendly vegetable garden**.
- Full use of our **facilities**, including **pools, yoga room, gym, and more**.
- The possibility of earning income by working as an **assistant during retreats**.
