⚠️ Excessive use of the 🤳cell phone leads to different hand injuries, most of them related to inflammation of the wrist tendons 😰.

👉 Something as common as holding the cell phone or sliding the screen, can overload the flexors of our fingers and leave our thumb in spring, generating a chronic tendinitis or worse, Carpal Tunnel Syndrome.

📹 So if you want to avoid chronic pain, give yourself a break and do these exercises proposed by our physiotherapist Lisa Salem.
