Important reminder for hot weather!
If you're taking antidepressants like SSRIs or SNRIs (such as sertraline, citalopram, fluoxetine, duloxetine, or mirtazapine), you may be more prone to overheating and dehydration in hot weather.
Stay safe: stick to the shade, stay hydrated, and always wear sunscreen. Your health matters take care of yourself in the heat!

With permission from our client, he has allowed us to post a picture of himself. His great determination and confidence gained, and he is now up and walking after being non-mobile for some time. Our client is very pleased with his improvement and praises the staff for their guidance and support.
