Kidz Yoga

Kidz Yoga Yoga is a fantastic activity for children. They learn how to balance. stretch and strengthen their I was fortunate enough to have Yoga in my primary school.

From there, the seed was planted. My wish is to spread Yoga and Meditation to as many children as possible, fostering compassion, balance and focus in a fun yet challenging manner.
