senti che è come se la resistenza alla verità che sono io i miei pensieri il mio vero unico ostacolo.. si affievolisce.. crolla , insieme a i suoi muri di protezione pensando che gli altri siano i veri nemici.

it’s true we are in difficult and distressed times, but this is the story of humany, may we always aspire to be more kind and bring more joy to others than distress, more lightness than seriousness.
May Divine Mother discend and inspire us with Her unbounded love and care.

In the early years, consistent caregiving, affection, and responsiveness provide the foundation for lifelong mental health. Without this sense of security, the brain may focus on survival, limiting its ability to form and maintain connections essential for learning and social interaction.

So, remember: every hug, every response to a cry, and every moment of connection helps lay down the pathways that shape a child’s emotional and cognitive future.💡🧞‍♂️🧠🩷

Cara donna non lasciare che la tua vita venga gestita dagli altri, non lasciare che venga incasellata in schemi che non ti appartengono, ma vivi secondo la tua vera natura, coraggiosa di osare oltre le regole.

- Siediti a terra, se non hai voglia di incastrarti su una sedia
- Se sbagli, smetti di colpevolizzarti e mortificarti. Farai meglio la prossima volta
- Vai alla ricerca della tua dimensione profonda, come un’esploratrice, anche se tutti ti dicono che rimanere sulla superficie è più sicuro
- Mangia assaporando il cibo pienamente, senza pensare solo come influirà sulla tua linea
- Se vuoi presentare una tua idea fallo, senza rimuginare su cosa gli altri penseranno
- Togliti le scarpe e cammina sentendo i fili d’erba che accarezzano le dita
- Scrivi i tuoi sogni su un diario e conservalo come un segreto speciale
- Non commiserarti. Non serve. Cerca invece dentro di te tutto ciò che di positivo e bello può emergere
- Lotta per la tua verità. Non ascoltare chi dice che c’è un modo giusto e uno sbagliato di fare le cose
- Se ti sembra di essere arrivata a un punto morto reinventa la tua vita
- Balla e muovi tutto il tuo corpo seguendo il tuo istinto
- Crea, crea e crea: un dolce, un pensiero, un disegno, un abito…fai sgorgare da te questa potente energia
- Regalati un bagno a lume di candela e celebra un momento tutto per te
- Osa…. tutto ciò che hai lasciato nel cassetto è perduto
- Ridi..anche senza un motivo. La vita merita di essere vissuta con il sorriso sulle labbra
- Cerca donne come te, unisciti a chi vuole vivere la sua vita senza sprecare il tempo per accontentare tutti eccetto se stessa
- Smetti di sentirti imperfetta, incapace, difettosa…sei splendida proprio così come sei ora
- Metti amore nella tua vita, in tutte le forme possibili: ama bambini, uomini, donne, animali, piante, progetti, desideri. Ama con passione, non risparmiarti
- Ama te stessa prima di tutti. Solo se sei nutrita dal tuo profondo avrai la forza di vivere in questo modo
