I've been away from social media for a few weeks now. I needed time for myself, away from all the noises. Over the last 5 weeks my life has dramatically changed. I lost my soul mate brother Paul Joaquim Martins. I'm still trying to get my heart back in one piece. I also moved to Spain 🇪🇸 with my 11 year old without a job or speaking Spanish (I know, I like to make it easy for myself) My 30 years in the UK 🇬🇧consists of 12 boxes, 2 suitcases, a cat and a skateboard 🐱😍I'm leaving everything else behind. So here it is, closing a chapter and opening a new one. Right now my online classes are limited, let me get my self practice back on track🧘‍♂️💪
More self love and yoga for strength to come. I will see you on the mat very soon with a new me and new schedule.

Try these warm ups, a real game changer. Do 3 rounds on each side.
Practice 5-10 min yoga flow before your run will prepare you mentally and physically. I don't believe in over stretching before a run as it relaxes the muscles instead of activating them ready for the physical load of running.
