Rae is a massage therapist with over 10 years experience and specialises in deep tissue, relaxation and pregnancy massage. With reiki level 1 & 2, Rae is passionate about healing and helping on all levels which has also lead to a level 1 qualification in sound healing.

Energy & sound work bring an inner healing that along with the touch of massage, makes for a full soul experience. Rae offers a specialised massage technique with curated music to take you on a journey from your head to your toes, using the touch of massage conducted by the music. The treatment is focused on bringing you beyond the massage of muscles, taking you into a deep state of connection with your inner self.
