Are you listening to your emotions — or are you just coping, numbing, or pushing through?

Unfelt emotions don’t disappear — they settle in the body.
You might feel tension, restlessness, exhaustion, or disconnection… without knowing why.

🌿 In this new 6-week journey, I’ll guide you to gently reconnect with yourself — through the body, breath, and energy.

We’ll explore:
✨ Mindfulness and mindful movement
✨ Breathwork
✨ Craniosacral balancing
✨ Reiki
✨ Emotional body release — a gentle way to connect with the sensations of held emotions, give them a shape, a color, and invite them to be released

You don’t need to analyze or fix anything. Just feel.
This is not therapy — it’s a safe and grounded space to listen and let go.

The body holds onto what we don’t process—especially emotionally.
When we slow down and listen, we give our nervous system the chance to release and reset.

Here are a few gentle ways to start:

This is how safety can feel. 🌿

When the nervous system is overwhelmed, it doesn’t respond to intensity or being fixed. What it longs for is presence, attunement, and gentle consistency.

Craniosacral Balancing is a practice of deep listening — a way of holding space that allows the body to unwind at its own pace. We don’t push. We don’t override. We create the conditions for healing, trusting the body’s inner wisdom.

Safety might look like soft eye contact, a slow breath, or simply having permission to rest. It’s connection that doesn’t demand, and space that welcomes you exactly as you are.

If your body is asking for gentleness, this work might be for you.
