💛 Your body knows how to relax — it just needs the chance to feel safe.
When you slow down, breathe softly, and allow yourself to rest, your nervous system begins to settle and restore balance.

🪶 Try this simple Yin pose:
Reclined Butterfly (Supta Baddha Konasana)

Lie on your back.

Bring the soles of your feet together and let your knees fall open.

Place pillows or blocks under your thighs for full support — there should be no strain.

Rest your hands on your belly or beside your body.

Stay for 1–2 minutes, breathing gently.

Once it feels comfortable, you can slowly extend the time.

This pose helps your body release tension, opens your heart area, and signals safety to your nervous system.

🤍 Remember: you don’t need to do anything — simply allow yourself to be.

I know what it’s like to live with a herniated cervical disk—headaches, stiff neck, tense shoulders, and fear that I wouldn’t be able to teach yoga again. After many sessions of Osteopathy, Yoga therapy & holistic work, I finally discovered what truly helped me move freely again.

This is how safety can feel. 🌿

When the nervous system is overwhelmed, it doesn’t respond to intensity or being fixed. What it longs for is presence, attunement, and gentle consistency.

Craniosacral Balancing is a practice of deep listening — a way of holding space that allows the body to unwind at its own pace. We don’t push. We don’t override. We create the conditions for healing, trusting the body’s inner wisdom.

Safety might look like soft eye contact, a slow breath, or simply having permission to rest. It’s connection that doesn’t demand, and space that welcomes you exactly as you are.

If your body is asking for gentleness, this work might be for you.
