September is a month of change.
Join us as we change from Summer to Autumn. From warmer to colder. As the change happens, it's necessary to adjust our practice from more energetic to relaxed and calmer. The energy in our bodies begins to move and warm us as the colder days approach.

After the shoulder injury I had last year, I learned to enjoy the so called “simple shoulder stretches” in very complex way.
Before my injury this stretch was something I could hardly even feel and this year after the injury it has been the yummiest stretch for my shoulders and heart.
Real fun on the elbows right? 🙃

Being upsidedown is scary at first but then becomes fun as nothing else. Is scary because it let us look at life and situations from a different perspective then we are used to, but also those new perspectives can be revealing and very clarifying.
Whenever I need a fresh thought on something I go upsidedown. If nothing else, I get a new perspective and fun view on things🙃
