Options for everyone with the following schedule:

📍 New BCC Studios (near Ángel Guimerà):
Monday 8:00–8:45 pm → Disco Stretch €6
Tuesday 9:45 am → Yin to Yin Yoga
📍 Zhen Terapies (Ruzafa):
Tuesday 6:00 pm → Vinyasa Yoga
Tuesday 7:30pm → Yin Yoga (September only)
Thursday 6:00 pm → Vinyasa Yoga (September & October only)

Whether you’re new to yoga or returning after a break, you’re very welcome. Classes are friendly, all-levels, and a lovely way to connect back to your body and breath.

This week we explore balance as we activate then regulate, match effort and ease, - you get the picture :) We will fully prepare and breakdown crow pose properly so it's available for everybody (really) to fly. Come give it a try.
