Do you believe you can do this? When Mati and I show the basics of acro yoga during our playful day at the beach. There is always this moment where we let them remember what they are thinking in that moment:

"Wow, but I can't do that", "No I am not so strong", "I am not flexible", " I will never be able to do that", "I could only do this when I was a child"

But guess what, Yes you can! Everybody can! When the base knows what to do it is actually quite easy.

It doesn't matter your age, your strength, your flexibility.

What only matters is your mind. Believing in yourself that you can do it.

That is the main focus during our retreat. To start believing in yourself (again) and with that you keep surprising yourself over again and again.
