✨ Here are 3 simple moves to try today:

1. **Knee-to-Chest Stretch**
Lie on your back, gently pull one knee toward your chest while keeping the other leg straight. Hold for 20–30 seconds. Switch sides.
👉 Helps release pressure from the lower back.

2. **Seated Spinal Twist**
Sit on the floor, legs extended. Cross your right foot over your left knee, place your right hand behind you, and twist gently to the right. Hold, then switch sides.
👉 Great for spine mobility and relieving nerve compression.

3. **Figure 4 Stretch (Piriformis Stretch)**
Lie on your back, cross your right ankle over your left knee, and gently pull your left thigh toward your chest.
