Tesfa Healthcare Service PLC had the privilege to conduct a research study for the Ethiopian Women Lawyers Association (EWLA), funded by France Embassy, on the “treatment of sexual violence cases in Ethiopia's transitional justice process”. Our findings aim to enhance gender representation and accountability. "

"📊 Key Findings: Our study for EWLA, highlights the need for women's meaningful participation, accountability for sexual violence crimes, and special reparation schemes. These steps are essential for a sustainable transitional justice program. "
"📝 Recommendations: the study suggests refining the transitional justice program towards a more gendered policy, engaging human rights organizations, and ensuring government commitment. "

በ6ኛው የህዝብ ተወካዮች ም/ቤት 3ኛ ዓመት የስራ ዘመን 15ኛ መደበኛ ስብሰባ በክቡር ጠቅላይ ሚኒስት ዶ/ር አብይ አህመድ አቅራቢነት ዶክተር መቅደስ ዳባ የጤና ሚኒስትር ሆነው ተሹመዋል።

ዶ/ር መቅደስ ዳባ ከዚሀ ቀደም የቅዱስ ዻዉሎስ ሆስፒታልና ሀዋሳ ዩኒቨርሲቲ በከፍተኛ የስራ ኃላፊነት እና ባለሙያነት ያገለገሉ ሲሆን የኢትዮጵያ የጽንስና ማህጸን ሀኪሞች ማህበር ፕሬዝደንትም ሆኖ በብቃት አገልግለዋል። ዶክተር መቅደስ ዳባ የቤተሰብ እቅድ እና ስነ ተዋልዶ ጤና ንዑስ ስፔሻሊስትም ሲሆኑ በማኅጸን እና ጽንስ ህክምና ዘርፍ ባደረጉት ምርምር እና አስተዋጽዖ በሴቶች ዘርፍ እ.አ.አ የ2021 የዓለም የጽንስ እና ማኅፀን ህክምና ማህበር ሽልማትን አሸንፈዋል።

ዶ/ር መቅደስ ዳባ በተለያዩ አለም አቀፍ አጋር ድርጅቶች በሀላፊነት ያገለገሉ ሲሆን ላለፉት አንድ አመት ተኩል በዓለም ጤና ድርጅት ዋና መ/ቤት ከፍተኛ አማካሪ በመሆን አገልግለዋል። በዛሬዉ እለት ክብርት ዶ/ር መቅደስ ዳባ የጤና ሚኒስቴር ሚኒስትር ሆነዉ ተሹመዋል።

የጤና ሚኒስቴር አመራርና መላው የጤናው ዘርፍ ሰራተኞች ለዶክተር መቅደስ ዳባ የእኳን ደስ አልዎት መልእክታችንን እያስተላለፍን መልካም የስራ ዘመን እንዲሆንላቸው እንመኛለን።
