😫ጭንቀት❗️
ጭንቅላትዎ ውስጥ ያለ ስሜት ብቻ አይደለም። አካላዊ መገለጫዎችም አሉት።
❗️የልብ ምት መጨመር፣
❗️የትንፋሽ ማጠር፣
❗️ድንገታዊ የሰውነት ሙቀት እና ላብ ❗️አካላዊ የጭንቀት ምልክቶች ሲሆኑ፣
❗️እረፍት ማጣት፣
❗️ዘወትር የተወጠረ ስሜት፣
❗️"ቢሆንስ" እና "ባይሆንስ" የሚሉ የማይቋረጡ ሃሳቦች ተጨማሪ ምልክቶች ናቸው።
🔴እነዚህ ምልክቶች ሰውነትዎን ለአደጋ ጊዜ እያዘጋጁ እንደሆነ ይወቁ። ችግሩ የሚያዝ የሚጨበጥ አደጋ በሌለበት ጊዜም ሰውነትዎ የማንቂያ ደወል ሊደውል፣ ደውሉም ከልክ በላይ በመጮሁ ህይወትዎን ሊረብሽ ይችላል። 🤔እነዚህን ምልክቶች ሲያስቸግሩዎ እርዳታ ይፈልጉ። በጭንቀት እየተቸገሩ ያሉ ይምስልዎታል?
😫Anxiety ❗️
Isn’t just a feeling in your head; it also has physical manifestations. ❗️Increased heart rate, ❗️shortness of breath,
❗️sudden body heat, and ❗️sweating are physical symptoms of anxiety, while ❗️restlessness, a constantly tense feeling,
❗️and unending 'what if' thoughts are additional signs.
🔴Know that these symptoms indicate your body is preparing for an emergency. The problem is that even when there's no tangible danger, your body might ring an alarm bell, and that bell might ring excessively, disturbing your life. 🤔If these symptoms bother you, seek help.
