Job Summary

We are a multidisciplinary and international team with extensive experience in the global health sector provision and the local health context.

Innova is looking to hire a full-time Junior Analyst to support our consulting team with data collection, report writing, and research. We seek a motivated, dependable, and creative individual with a background in medicine, public health, or project management, who can contribute to delivering top-quality healthcare consulting services.

Key Responsibilities:
Collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative data for various healthcare projects.
Conduct research on healthcare trends, policies, and practices to support project needs.
Assist in writing reports, proposals, and presentations for both internal and client use.
Collaborate with team members to gather insights and develop actionable recommendations.
Support project management activities, ensuring deliverables are met on time.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to clarify requirements and present findings.

Qualifications:
Education: MD required; Master’s in Public Health or Project Management is highly preferred.
Experience: Prior experience in data collection, analysis, report writing, and research in healthcare or related fields.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation will be based on company scale

Congratulations to this year graduates

Most of Ethiopian universities hold graduation ceremony this week.

Congratulations to graduates!!

When applying for jobs note the following.
1. More than 60% of job is found through networking not via Advertisements, online or etc.
You should actively communicate with seniors in your field. Notify them you are about to graduate and ask for help. Even you have to use any of your connection to secure your spot.

2. If you are considering to apply for international organizations, NGOs or private sector, 75% of them use LinkedIn as recruitment gateway. Make sure you have appealing, professional LinkedIn profile.
3. More than 75% of qualified candidates get rejected before even been looked by hiring manager. The reason is there are average of 200 applications for one job post. So, hiring managers don't look all the CV. For that they purchase Application tracking softwares. This softwares pick candidates for hiring manager based on keyword matching. You may be 100% qualified candidate for the position. But if your CV doesn't have those recquired keywords you get rejected before your CV being reviewed by the Hiring manager.

4. Only 5-20 person get interview. So, don't be desperate. Keep applying.

5. You need to customize your CV for each application.
6. Follow all major job posting channels and websites.

This all may not happen if you consider jobs in government sectors.
