Safe Workplaces, Healthy Women!

Safety and Health at Work, we emphasize the importance of creating safe, healthy, and supportive environments for women everywhere.

Women’s health is closely connected to the conditions in which staff and program participants live and work. WHAE has put Safeguarding and Emergency Management policies and procedures in place to ensure safety at home, in offices, or in the community which is essential to protect staff and program participants' well-being and dignity.

At WHAE, we continue to advocate for improved health, safety, and awareness for women and girls across all settings.

As part of our commitment, we also provide a mini daycare service to support working mothers, helping them balance their responsibilities while ensuring their children are cared for in a safe environment.

Together, let’s build a safer and healthier future for all women.
