በቀደምትና ነባር የማኅበሩ አባል በአቶ ጥሩነህ ስንሻው የተደረገ የ37ኛው የኢ.ጤ.አ.ማ ዓመታዊ ጉባኤ የመዝጊያ ንግግር

በጤና አክርሞ በቁመና ላገናኘን እግዚአብሔር ምስጋና ይግባውና ፕሬዚደንት አጎናፍር የመዝጊያ ንግግር እንዳደርግ ስለጠየቁኝ ክብር ተሰምቶኛል።

እንደ እርጅናዬና አብዛኛውን ጊዜ በጨለምተኝነት ሳይሆን የበለጠ የደንብ፣ የጥራትና የዕድገት ዕድሎች በመሻት ለማኅበራችን በብርጭቆው በግማሽ ሙሉነት ሳይሆን በግማሽ ጉድለቶች ሳተኩር ዓመታት አሳልፌያለሁና በበጎ ላያችሁኝ ምስጋና እያቀረብሁ ሌሎቻችሁ እህቶቼንና ወንድሞቼን ይቅርታ እለምናለሁ!!

37ኛው ጉባኤያችን እንደተለመደው የመማማር ዕድል ስለሠጠን አደራጆችንና አመራሮችን እንዳመሰግን ይፈቀድልኝ። ስለ ፖነሎች ጠቃሚነትና ስለ ፓነሊስቶች የነበረኝን አድናቆትና የተሰማኝን እርካታ ቀደም ሲል ገልጫለሁ።

ሳይንሳዊ ጥናቶች ወደ ጆርናላችንና መጽሔታችን ተላልፈው የሚጠቀም ቢጠቀምባቸው እላለሁ።

የወደፊቱን የማኅበራችን መንገድ ለመጠቆም ያህል:-

1. ዶክተር ፍቅረአብ ባሳሰቡን መሠረት ማኅበሩ የዲጂታል ጉዳዮች አጥኝና መካሪ ኮሚቴ እንዲቋቋምና ተከታታይ ምክረ ሃሳቦች በቦርዱ በኩል እያቀረበ ቢያዘምነንና ከዲጂታል መሐይምነት ቢከላከለን ይጠቅመናል እላለሁ።

2. የማኅበራችን መተዳደሪያ ደንብ በቅንነትና በሙያዊነት ሳይቋረጥ የሚታደስበት ስርዓት ቢኖር መልካም ይመስለኛል። ምንም እንኳ የአፈጻጸም ቅልጥፍና ቢያጓጓም አቋራጭና የጠቅላላ ጉባኤ ውሳኔ ያላረፈባቸው እርምጃዎች መላመድ አይገባም፤ በእኔ እይታ የትናንትና አይነት የምርጫ ሂደቶች እንዳይከስቱ መጠንቀቅ ይገባናል።

3. ዓመታዊ የማህበሩ ሥራ አፈጻጸም ዘገባዎች (ሪፖርቶች) የበለጠ ዙሪያ - መለስ (comprehensive) እንዲሆኑ እመክራለሁ።

4. የማኅበራችን ሥራ አስፈጻሚ አባላት በቂ ጊዜ ለማህበሩ ዋና ዋና ጉዳዮች፣ አመራርና ሙያዊ ትግበራዎች መሥጠታቸውን ለራሳቸው ሕሊናዊ ማረጋገጫ እንዲሰጡ ይመከራል። የቄሳርን ለቄሳር በሚባለው መሰረት ጽ/ቤቱ የቦርድን ሥራ ለቦርድ በትዕግሥትና በትህትና እያሳለፈ ቢያስወስን እመክራለሁ።

5. የሙያችን መርሆዎችና የማህበሩ አባላትን ክብርና ተገቢ legitimate ሁለ-ገብ ደህንነት የመጠበቅና የማስጠበቅ ሞራላዊ ኃላፊነት ኢ.ጤ.አ.ማ እንዳለበት መርሳት አይገባም እላለሁ።

6 የጠቅላላ ጉባኤ እባላት ቁጥር መጨመር እንደሚገባ እመክራለሁ።

ከብዙ በጥቂቱና በአጭር ዝግጅት የምለው ይኸው ነውና በጎደለ እግዚአብሔር ይሙላበት።

ለሁላችንም ጤናማ ሕይወት፣ ለውዲቱም ኢትዮጵያችን ሰላምና ቀጣይ ልማትና ዕድገት እመኛለሁ!!

EPHA General Assembly Holds its 37th Annual Meeting.

The General Assembly (G.A) of EPHA held its 37th annual meeting on 16 March 2026.

During the session, G.A members reviewed and approved both the 2025 Annual Report and the Audit Report.

Elections were conducted to replace one outgoing member, while two members who had completed their first term were re-elected for an additional term.

Following the elections, Dr. Hiwot Abera was elected as a new member of the EPHA Executive Board.

In a separate vote, the Assembly also elected new G.A. Executives to replace the outgoing members. Accordingly, Dr. Fikireab Kebede was elected as Chairperson, Professor Wakgari Deressa as Vice Chairperson, and Professor Mitkie Molla as Secretary.
