EPHA Signs MoU with Eka Kotebe
The Ethiopian Public Health Association (EPHA) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Eka Kotebe Hospital (EKH) on May 6, 2026, at Eka Kotebe Hospital in Addis Ababa.
The MoU aims to formalize collaboration between the two institutions in advancing public health research, strengthening professional and institutional capacity and promoting knowledge exchange to improve health outcomes in Ethiopia.
EPHA and EKH agree to collaborate in key areas that advance public health practice, research and capacity building. The partnership will focus on the joint design and implementation of public health research projects as well as the co-publication and wide dissemination of research findings to inform policy and practice.
Both parties will work together to organize trainings, workshops, seminars and conferences aimed at strengthening the skills and competencies of health professionals. In addition, EPHA and EKH will engage in joint advocacy and knowledge dissemination on priority public health issues, while facilitating the sharing of relevant resources and expertise.
This partnership marks an important step toward strengthening collaboration between public health stakeholders and advancing Ethiopia’s health sector through coordinated efforts.
