A massive 12-kg retroperitoneal sarcoma has been successfully removed in a complex surgical procedure at Tibebe Ghion Specialized Hospital.

👏🏽 The 4-hour life-saving operation was led by Dr. Biniyam Ayele, GI and Laparoscopic Surgeon, alongside Dr. Mequanint Yimer, Urologist, and a dedicated team of surgical residents.

This achievement is a testament to the hospital's growing surgical capacity and teamwork in tackling high-risk cases.
