🛑 በልጆች ላይ የሚከሰት ድንገተኛ መንቀጥቀጥ፦ ወላጆች ምን ማወቅ አለባችሁ?
ልጅዎ ድንገት ሲንቀጠቀጥ ማየት በጣም አስፈሪ ሊሆን ይችላል። ነገር ግን ብዙ ጊዜ እነዚህ ሁኔታዎች በቤት ውስጥ በቀላሉ ሊያዙ የሚችሉ ናቸው።

1. በንዳድ (ትኩሳት) የሚመጣ መንቀጥቀጥ (Febrile Seizure) እና የሚጥል በሽታ (Epilepsy) ልዩነታቸው ምንድነው?
ብዙ ሰዎች ሁለቱን ያደባልቋቸዋል። ልዩነታቸው ግን ግልጽ ነው፡-

በንዳድ የሚመጣ መንቀጥቀጥ (Febrile Seizure):

የሚከሰተው በከፍተኛ ትኩሳት ምክንያት ነው።

ብዙውን ጊዜ ከ6 ወር እስከ 5 ዓመት ባሉ ልጆች ላይ ይከሰታል።

አይጨነቁ፦ ይህ ለረጅም ጊዜ የአንጎል ጉዳት አያመጣም፣ ልጅዎም የሚጥል በሽታ (Epilepsy) እንዳለበት አያሳይም።

የሚጥል በሽታ (Epilepsy):

ያለ ትኩሳት በተደጋጋሚ የሚከሰት መንቀጥቀጥ ነው።

በአንጎል ውስጥ ባሉ የነርቭ መልእክቶች መዛባት የሚመጣ የጤና እክል ነው።

2. ልጅዎ መንቀጥቀጥ ሲጀምር ማድረግ ያለብዎት
✅ እነዚህን ያድርጉ

ይረጋጉ፦ ሰዓት ይመልከቱ (ምን ያህል ደቂቃ እንደቆየ ማወቅ ለሐኪሙ ይረዳል)።

ልጁን በጎኑ ያስተኙት፦ ትፋት ወይም ምራቅ ትን እንዳይለው በጎኑ ማጋደም በጣም አስፈላጊ ነው።

ከአካባቢው አደገኛ ነገሮችን ያርቁ፦ ስለታም ወይም ጠንካራ ነገሮች እንዳይጎዱት ያርቁ።

ከጭንቅላቱ ስር ለስላሳ ነገር ያድርጉ፦ ይህም መሬት ላይ ጭንቅላቱ እንዳይጋጭ ይረዳል

❌ እነዚህን በፍጹም አያድርጉ

አይያዙት፦ መንቀጥቀጡን ለማስቆም ልጁን አጥብቀው አይያዙ።

አፉ ውስጥ ምንም ነገር አይክተቱ፦ "ምላሱን ይውጠዋል" ብለው በማሰብ ማንኪያ፣ ጨርቅ ወይም ጣትዎን አፉ ውስጥ አይክተቱ።

ውሃ ወይም መድኃኒት አይስጡ፦ ሙሉ በሙሉ ንቃቱ እስኪመለስ ድረስ ምንም ነገር እንዲውጥ አይስጡት።

3. መቼ ነው ወደ አምቡላንስ መደወል ያለብዎት?
መንቀጥቀጡ በአብዛኛው ከ2-3 ደቂቃ ውስጥ በራሱ ይቆማል። ነገር ግን በሚከተሉት ሁኔታዎች አስቸኳይ እርዳታ ይጠይቁ፡-

መንቀጥቀጡ ከ5 ደቂቃ በላይ ከቆየ።

ልጁ መተንፈስ ካስቸገረው ወይም ፊቱ ወደ ሰማያዊነት ካደላ።

መንቀጥቀጡ ካለቀ በኋላ ልጁ ወዲያውኑ ካልነቃ።

ልጁ በውሃ ውስጥ እያለ መንቀጥቀጥ ከጀመረ።

ይህ ለመጀመሪያ ጊዜ የተከሰተ መንቀጥቀጥ ከሆነ።

ጠቃሚ ማሳሰቢያ፦ ማንኛውም አይነት መንቀጥቀጥ ከቆመ በኋላ፣ መንስኤውን ለማወቅ ልጁን ወደ ጤና ተቋም መውሰድ ተገቢ ነው።

የመተንፈሻ አካላት ድጋፍ 🫁፦
ሳንባቸው በሚገባ ያልዳበረ ህጻናት በመተንፈሻ መርጃ መሳሪያዎች (Ventilators) አማካኝነት ኦክስጅን እንዲያገኙ ይደረጋል።

የሰውነት ሙቀትን መጠበቅ 🌡️፦
ህጻናቱ የሰውነታቸውን ሙቀት መቆጣጠር ስለማይችሉ ኢንኩቤተር (Incubator) በሚባሉ ልዩ አልጋዎች ውስጥ እንዲቆዩ ይደረጋል።

የተመጣጠነ ምግብ አቅርቦት🍼፦
በራሳቸው መጥባት ለማይችሉ ህጻናት በቧንቧ (Feeding tube) ወይም በደም ስር አማካኝነት አስፈላጊው ምግብ እና ፈሳሽ ይሰጣቸዋል።

የቀን ከሌሊት ክትትል 📊፦
የህጻናቱን የልብ ምት፣ የአተነፋፈስ ሁኔታ እና የደም ውስጥ ኦክስጅን መጠን በዘመናዊ መቆጣጠሪያዎች (Monitors) አማካኝነት በየሰኮንዱ መከታተል።

ኢንፌክሽንን መከላከል 🧼፦
ህጻናቱ ለበሽታ የመጋለጥ እድላቸው ከፍተኛ በመሆኑ ክፍሉ በጣም ንጹህ ሆኖ እንዲቆይና ጥብቅ የጥንቃቄ እርምጃዎች ይወሰዳሉ።
