Can consuming food before exercise cause appendicitis?

We all know exercise including physical activity has a major contributing factor to our mental wellbeing. Some of these benefits are mood enhancement, increased cognitive function, motivation and others. Despite knowing the importance of exercise many struggle to maintain physical activity due to many reasons

some of them being
- luck of energy
- pain after exercise (Delayed onset muscle Soreness)
- Decreased performance- we won’t see the desired results

But all of this obstacles can be avoided if we have a meal or a snack before exercise. We will have a better outcome, better performance and boost our feel good mood.

Eating before exercise can cause appendicitis is a misconception and the two have never been associated in any medical study so far.

Therefore have some meal before exercise so it can help you be consistent and achieve your goals.

Understanding Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD) in Children and Adolescents

Children with ODD frequently display angry outbursts, argue with authority figures, refuse to comply with rules, and deliberately annoy others. These behaviors go beyond typical childhood rebellion, often causing significant issues at home, in school, and in social settings.

Early identification is crucial, as untreated ODD can lead to more severe problems like conduct disorder or difficulties in adulthood. Treatment often involves behavioral therapy, family counseling, and consistent, positive reinforcement strategies to help the child learn healthier ways of coping with frustration and authority.

Understanding and supporting these children in a structured, compassionate way can make all the difference in their emotional and social development.



በልጆች እና ጎረምሶች ውስጥ የተቃዋሚ ዲፊያንት ዲስኦርደር (ኦዲዲ) መረዳት

1. Keep a positive attitude.
2. Accept that there are events that you cannot control.
3. Be assertive instead of aggressive. Assert your feelings, opinions, or beliefs instead of becoming angry, defensive, or passive.

4. Learn to manage your time more effectively.

5. Set limits appropriately and say no to requests that would create excessive stress in your life.

6. Make time for hobbies and interests.

7. Don't rely on alcohol, drugs, or compulsive behaviors to reduce stress. Drugs and alcohol can stress your body even more.



ጭንቀትን ለማስወገድ

1. አዎንታዊ አመለካከት ይያዙ.
2. መቆጣጠር የማትችላቸው ክስተቶች እንዳሉ ተቀበል።
