በየካቲት 12 ሆስፒታል ሜዲካል ኮሌጅ ለኬዝ ቲም ሃላፊዎች የኢንፌክሽን ቅድመ መከላከል ላይ ያተኮረ የግንዛቤ ማስጫ ስልጠና ተሰጠ።

በየካቲት 12 ሆስፒታል ሜዲካል ኮሌጅ አዲስ አበባ ጥቅምት 30/2018 ዓ.ም

የግንዛቤ ማስጨበጫውን የሰጡት የ infection prevention ኬዝ ቲም ሃላፊ የሆኑት ወ/ሮ ደስታ አእምሮ ሲሆኑ ስለ ስልጠናው ጠቃሚነት አጠንክረው ተናግረዋል።

በየካቲት 12 ሆስፒታል ሜዲካል ኮሌጅ ለኬዝ ቲም ሃላፊዎች የኢንፌክሽን ቅድመ መከላከል ላይ ያተኮረ የግንዛቤ ማስጫ ስልጠና መሰጠቱ ተቋሙ ለሚሰጠው ጥራቱን የጠበቀ አገልግሎት እጅግ ጠቃሚ ነው ተብሏል።

ስልጠናው በዋናነት infection prevention ሲሆን በተለይ የህክምና መሳሪያዎች አጥቦ መልሶ መጠቀም ( instrumental processing) ላይ እንዲሁም አጠቃላይ የህክምና መሳሪያዎች እንዴት መጠቀም እንደሚገባ እንዲሁም አጠቃላይ በየ ክፍሉ ያሉ የአገልግሎት መስጫ ስፈራዎች ንፅህናቸው የተጠበቀ መሆኑ ላይ አጠንጥኗል።

በስልጠናው ላይ የተሳተፉት የየክፍሉ የኬዝ ቲም ሃላፊዎች እንዳሉት አጠቃላይ የህክምና መሳሪያ አጠቃቀምና / አጥቦ መልሶ መጠቀ እና የህክምና ስፍራዎች ንፅህናቸው የጠበቁ እንዲሆኑ ስልጠናው ጠቃሚ ነው ብለዋል።

💙 ከወራት በፊት የ765 ግራም ጨቅላ ህጻንን ኪሎው ጨምሮ በሙሉ ጤንነት ከ1.3 ኪሎግራም በላይ እዲሆን አድርገው ያለምንም ተጓዳኝ ችግር በጤንነት ወደቤቱ እንዲገባ ተደርጓል። 🌸

በ2018 ዓ.ም የዓለም የታካሚ ደህንነት ቀን በማስመልከት የካቲት 12 ሆስፒታል ሜዲካል ኮሌጅ በአበበች ጎበና የእናቶችና ህጻናት ማዕከሉ “Patient Safety from the Start” እና “Safe Care for Every Newborn and Child” በሚል መሪ ቃል በተለያዩ ዝግጅቶች አክብሯል። ✨🌸

🏥 በጣፎ ጤና ጣቢያ አገልግሎት ማስፋት

ከአንድ ዓመት በፊት በሸገር ሲቲ ከተማ የሚገኘው ጣፎ ጤና ጣቢያ እና በአበበች ጎበና የእናቶች እና ህጻናት ማዕከል የመግባቢያ ሰነድ ተፈርሞ ነበር።

የሰነዱም ዋና አላማ አለአግባብ ከጣፎ፣ ከለገዳዲ ከሰንዳፋ የሚመጡ እናቶችና ህጻናትን እንግልት ለመቀነስ፣ ተገቢ ያልሆኑ ሪፈራሎችን ለማስቀረት እና የታካሚ ደህንነትን ለማሻሻል ነበር 💉👩‍⚕️

የWHO Surgical safety check listን በመጠቀም ከቀዶ ህክምና ጋር የሚመጡ ሞቶችን 40 በመቶ መቀነስ ይቻላል።

ምንድነው?

የታካሚ ደህንነት ( patients safety) ምንድነው? የህክምና ስህተቶች በመቀነስና በታካሚ ላይ የሚደርስ ጉዳትን በመካላከያ ጥራቱን የጠበቀ የጤና አገልግሎት መስጠት ነው።

🌍በአለም ላይ በአመት 313 ሚልየን ቀዶ ህክምና ይከናወናል ከነዚህም ውስጥ 7 ሚልየን ሰዎች ውስብሰብ ችግር (complications) ውስጥ ሲገሱ ከነዚህ 7 ሚልየን ውስጥ ደግሞ 50 በመቶውን ቀድመን መከላከል የምንችላቸው ናቸው ከነዚህም ውስጥ በአጠቃላይ በዓመት 1 ሚልየን የሚሆኑት ደግሞ ህይወታቸውን ያጣሉ

ይህንን ሞት ለማነፃፀር በቲቢ, በወባ, በኤችአይቪ በወሊድ ምክንያት ከሚሞቱ ሰዎች ውስጥ የበለጠ ቁጥር ይይዛል

ወይም በአውሮኘላን መከስከስ ምክንያት የሚሞቱ ሰዎችን 33 ሺህ እጥፍ ይበልጣል።

በተቋማችን የካቲት 12 ሆስፒታል ሜዲካል ኮሌጅ የታካሚ ደህንነትን ለማስጠበቅ በተለያየ ጊዜ የተለያዩ ስትራቴጂአዊ እቅዶችን በማቀድ በሰራተኛው ውስጥ የታካሚ ደህንነት ሰርፆ እንዲታይ ከፍተኛ እንቅስቃሴ እያደረገ ይገኛል።

⚕️✅የታካሚ ደህንነት በተቋሙ ውስጥ ባህል ለማድረግ ከተሰሩ ስራዎች መካከል ዌብ አኘልኬሽን በማበልፀግ ጥቅም ላይ ማዋል እንዲሁም የታካሚ ደህንነት ኬዝ ቲም በማዋቀር የተለያ የግንዛቤ ማስጨበጫ ኘሮግራሞች በማዘጋጀት በርካታ ስራዎች ተሰርተዋል።

💡 በዚህ በያዝነው ሳምን በተለይ በተቋሙ ቀዶ ህክምና አገልግሎት ላይ እየተሳተፉ ላሉ የጤና ባለሙያዎች ጥልቅ የሆነ የታካሚ ደህንነት ላይ የሚያጠነጥን ስልጠና ተሰጥቷል።

🏥❤️በስልጠናው 80 የሚደርሱ የተቋሙ ሰራተኞች የተሳተፉ ሲሆን ስልጠናውም ለተከታታይ ሁለት ቀናት ተከናውኖ ውሏል።

ሆስፒታሉ ከጤና ጣቢያ ጋር የመግባቢያ ሰነድ ተፈራረመ

የካቲት 12 ሆስፒታል ሜዲካል ኮሌጅ ከጃንሜዳ ጤና ጣቢያ ጋር በተለያዩ ህክምናና ህክምና ነክ ጉዳዮች ላይ የሚሰሩበት መንገድ ላይ የመግባቢያ ሰነድ ተፈራርመዋል።
