It might be Tennis Elbow (Lateral Epicondylitis). Despite the name, you don’t have to play tennis to get it!
✨ What Is It? It occurs when the tendons in your elbow become inflamed from repetitive motions or overuse.
👀 Common Signs
• Pain/tenderness on the outer elbow
• Weakness in your forearm
• Discomfort when gripping or lifting objects
💢 Why It Happens
• Repetitive work (Typing, Painting, etc.)
• Manual labor or heavy lifting
• Sports and gym activities
💆 How to Manage It
• Rest : Avoid movements that worsen the pain.
