👉1. Position title: - Sales Representative
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships by providing exceptional service and support.
• Actively seek out and identify new business opportunities, including but not limited to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare facilities.
• Present and promote our wide range of high-quality medical devices and services to potential clients effectively.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and meet company objectives.
• Conduct product demonstrations, including technical explanations, to assist clients in understanding the features and benefits of our medical devices.
• Support clients in the tender preparation process and actively participate in tender work.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, market developments, and competitors' activities to ensure a competitive edge in the market.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, accounting, pharmacy, and biomedical engineering or a related field.
• Proven work experience as a Sales Representative, preferably in the medical device industry and value add to our organization.
• Familiarity with medical terminology, product specifications, and healthcare regulations.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively within a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
• Willingness to travel frequently to meet with clients, attend conferences, and participate in exhibitions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

• Knows Tender document buying process and how to Participate in Government Tender or bid in Ethiopia.
• Dispatch rider, courier, office boy, orderly and tender document buy and collect.
Field of study
Minimum completed 10+2 grade.
