A sixteen years old female patient presented after she sustained RTA. She had quadri rami fracture with left Zone I sacral fracture. She couldn't afford to go to Addis, so we stabilised the posterior ring with SI screw.

It's a milestone πŸ™πŸ½

fractures are often complex injuries and the result of high-energy trauma with associated injuries.

Most acetabular fractures occur in the setting of significant trauma secondary to either a moving vehicular accident or a high-velocity acute-deceleration injury.

Here we present the first case of Acetabular fracture fixation at Gondar hospital. A 20 years old male patient who presented after he sustained RTA 7 days back. He had hip dislocation with sciatic nerve palsy.

Hip was reduced and Control CT showed posterior wall acetabular fracture with retained intra-articular fragment.
ORIF of acetabular fracture and also removal of intra-articular fragment was done.
