My heartfelt appreciation to Mako Foundation, the Oromo diaspora community, and all members of the Mako family for their generous donation of vital medical equipment to several health facilities in Oromia, including our hospital. This support will greatly strengthen our capacity to provide better healthcare services to our communities.

I am honored to have played a facilitation role in helping connect partners and beneficiary health institutions to make this initiative possible.

Congratulations to Mako Foundation for the well-deserved recognition of their outstanding compassion and commitment to supporting communities in Oromia, Ethiopia.

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our former colleague and senior pharmacist, Mr. Malkamu Kumsa.

Mr. Kumsa dedicated a significant part of his career to serving the community at Malka Odaa Hospital before his subsequent transfers to the Shashamanne Health Office and Finfinnee. His commitment to pharmaceutical care and his compassionate service to our patients left a lasting mark on our institution.

We extend our deepest condolences to his family, friends, and all who had the privilege of working alongside him. May his soul rest in eternal peace.
