Carbohydrates drive all this. The point is that it's too many, too often, too long... daily grazing and filling up on carbohydrates in all their forms👇
👉 You will see this for yourself and/or in others on their spectrum of expression:
- Weight gain
- High Triglycerides
- Low HDL
- Abdominal girth with either a thin frame or heavy frame
- Heart disease
- High Blood Pressure
- Fatty liver disease
- Kidney disease
- Gallbladder disease
- Fertility issues most common in women is PCOS
- Issues of GERD
- Hangry- 'need to eat or I kill', short-tempered-
- Short-fused, reactive. lose your 'cookies', lose your temper, HINT>>>> this is called carbohydrate reactivity. It is a rampant state in most people,. Often misattributed to personality. Alcoholics also have this 'personality' in high amounts.
- Tired and fatigued after eating
- Normal or just pushing into high normal or high glucose with 'normal' hba1c and you are gaining weight or overweight or losing weight - or "pre-diabetic"
- Musculoskeletal pain and degeneration
- Frozen shoulder
- Carpal tunnel
- Poor immunity
- Depressive states with food binging (carbohydrate is the binge food in whatever form)
- Acne
- Many skin disorders
- Skin tags
-Poor healing feet wounds
- Mood disorders
- Often, but not always diabetes (end-stage insulin resistance), may or may not now need insulin, all diabetic complications can be controllable and manageable, with improvements instead of progressive deteriorations, with a low carbohydrate food way of eating
- Many 'allergies' to foods are because of the inflammatory state of carbohydrates
- Rages - carb induced fits of anger and rage reflects hormonal rollercoasters, in kids we call them tantrums, in adults...you get the picture.
These are basic physiologic symptoms of carbohydrate induced toxicity, and one's physiologic manifestations of how one's physiology deals with it, spectrum of like physiology.
Simple physiology▶️ Too many triglycerides is too many carbs. Period.
No 'belief paradigm' here.
People are lost on the "bad lipid profile" and no matter how succinct, how simple, how up and up the answer is on the why and how it is the carbs that create this "bad lipid profile", it is not heard.
Why?
Addiction
Addiction fueled lifestyle
Addiction sifted incoming information.
(don't want to know, don't want to hear)
For someone interested then it can be due to lack of accurate information from their doctor, peers, dietician, articles news reporting books, etc,...
Choosing belief based catch friendly ideas instead of understanding the basics of carb metabolism.
Simple as that.
And as complicated.
Then.. the next thing you hear is that anyone can be addicted to anything,... I am addicted to breathing, chapstick, whatever...
That indeed is a typical addicts response, and jest at the concept of addiction because of - addiction and lack of knowledge-
The next classic response from an addict is: no one dies from eating carbohydrates, they are not toxic, show me the science that shows carbs will kill you, You need carbs for energy.
you need carbs for fiber and nutrients, and don't diss the holy fruit.
And the classic push it all under the rug blow off is (oh my god I am a blaring uncontrolled and not known to me that I am an addict, addict) the response 'everything in moderation'.
Say it how you will, a little bit here and there,... is,... ..slice it and dice it any way you want.
It is only addiction talk.
Addiction talk has no ability to inquire with intent to learn only to argue and flip it all into an attack of someone's personal choice, thoughts, feelings behavior, anger, belittlement, dismissal, avoidance, deaf brain.
CHOOSING NOT TO KNOW.
Choosing not to know that those very foods they live on, love crave, eat, what would I do without foods are the driving molecular cause of this hormonal hijacking into addiction pathway prison.
They would rather suffer the obesity, diabetes, nerve pain, loss of nerve sensation, muscle damage, loss of limb, diminished inflammatory progressive loss of eyesight, heart attack, stroke, depression, cyclical self-hate behavior,
than deal with simply avoiding the molecular input (carbohydrates) that has them locked in lifelong hell of those very things they blame themselves on as a charterer flaw, not being strong enough with will power, lazy, family genetics, therefore, it is what it is,. and everything under the sun, self-hate, self failure constantly day after day, month after month, year after year.
Why?
Because addiction.
Addiction creates that.
But it doesn't have to continue.
The constant giving into this hormonally driven addiction of, 'here I go again, eating'...
and making a character or situational excuse for it, a rationalization, that allows it to continue on.
Personally, I am just exhausted from it at every encounter in my life.
