Helsinki Healing Arts Center Space and intention for healing and living

22/03/2026

Imagine spending a weekend immersed in the art of Reiki — learning to channel Universal Energy through your hands, quieting the mind, and reconnecting with your own natural healing power.

On March 28-29, we invite you to join us at the Helsinki Healing Arts Center for a Traditional Usui Reiki Training, covering both First Degree (Shoden) and Second Degree (Okuden).

Over the course of two days, you’ll receive attunements for Reiki I & II, learn to work with sacred Reiki symbols and distant healing techniques, and explore the body’s subtle anatomy and energetic field. You’ll also develop practices for energetic hygiene and self-care, while deepening your intuition, sensitivity, and presence. By the end of the training, you’ll feel grounded and confident in supporting both yourself and others on their healing journey.

This training is guided by Kuldip Quinterno, NMT, LMT, who brings 25 years of experience, practice, and heart to his teaching. His approach blends the spiritual depth of Reiki with grounded, practical skills you can use immediately — for self-healing, helping loved ones, or beginning a professional path.

March 28-29 at 10.00–17.00Helsinki Healing Arts Center
Reiki is a simple yet profound practice, reminding us that healing is not something outside of us, but a return to balance, openness, and connection. If you feel the call, this weekend may be the beginning of a lifelong practice of healing, presence, and care.

Somatic bodywork sessions with Inma Herrera this spring at Helsinki Healing Arts Center

Inma Herrera, from Madrid and living in Finland for over a decade, is alumni of the first generation of Somatic Therapists graduated from the Helsinki Healing Arts School. She offers bodywork sessions on Mondays at the Center, continuing a long-standing relationship with the community that first introduced her to this work.

Originally trained as a visual artist, printmaker, and educator, Inma’s practice has long explored transformation through material and embodied processes. She has always been deeply interested in psychology and in understanding the subtle connections between body and mind. When she moved to Finland and received her first bodywork session, many of the intuitions and inner searches that had guided her until then suddenly found their place and meaning. After more than seven years receiving bodywork herself, the depth of its impact on her healing, growth, and creative life led her to follow the call to become a practitioner.

Today, the body has become a new medium within her practice of the healing arts. With attentive hands and a listening presence, she approaches bodywork as a space where touch, awareness, and breath meet—an alchemical field where the traces of lived experience can be met with care, opening space for integration, renewal, and transformation.

Happy New Lunar Year & Approaching Springtime 🤍 As we step into a new cycle, we welcome this time as an invitation to return to what matters most to us; learning and healing supported by community.

Each new beginning carries the possibility to reconnect with ourselves, to deepen our awareness, and to grow together in shared practice. At Helsinki Healing Arts Center, this spring begins with opportunities to explore your natural sensitivity, expand your understanding, and step more fully into your own healing path.

Our biannual Introduction to Hands-On Healing course is now open for sign ups — Saturday & Sunday February 28 — March 1 at 10.00–16.00

During this introductory weekend, you’ll learn to cultivate sensitivity, trust, and intuitive awareness. You’ll practice attuning to the body’s natural intelligence and supporting the life force that guides all healing processes.

Together, we’ll explore hands-on healing techniques, client interaction, body reading, emotional anatomy and how to create a supportive healing space.

This course is a prerequisite for the Healing Arts Program beginning annually in September. If you choose to continue, the tuition from this weekend will be credited toward your program fee. If you’ve been thinking about our yearly program, this two-day training is the perfect place to begin.

The Mantra Circles with & are back this spring!

You are warmly welcome to join Fridays 27.2, 17.4 and 8.5. at 18-20 at

A Mantra Evening is a gentle, transformative gathering where we come together to explore the vibrational magic of sacred sound. Mantras—literally “tools for the mind” (from Sanskrit: man = mind, tra = tool)—are sacred sounds and phrases that have been used for centuries across traditions such as Vedic Hinduism, Tibetan Buddhism, Jainism, and Sikhism. In Vedic and Ta***ic traditions, mantras are seen as both devotional and meditative practices that bring body, mind, and spirit into harmony.

Modern research affirms what these traditions have always known. Chanting mantras lifts us into alpha and theta brainwave states where relaxation, creativity, and calm naturally unfold. It soothes the nervous system, lowers stress hormones, steadies the heart, and deepens the breath. Mantra practice has also been shown to ease anxiety, improve sleep, support emotional balance, and nourish both mental clarity and physical well-being.

Most of all, chanting together creates a beautiful sense of connection—to yourself, to those around you, and to something greater.

We would love for you to be part of these evenings of sound, silence, and community.
