Marathon prep isn’t always perfect
Started the week in Paris 🇫🇷
Good food, a lot of walking and still got a run in
Then back to Helsinki and straight into normal routine after Easter
Ended up with a 70+ km week, 5 weeks out from my next marathon
But honestly… the legs felt heavy almost every run
Probably not just from training, but also from everything around it
Easy to forget that travel, walking and life also adds to the total load
Sometimes you just have to accept it and keep going
