Many grey and rainy days this week 🌧

Got 30 km done without any foot issues 💪

Really fun doing heavier strength training again!

Ran intervals and did a Hyrox session with 🔥

Now only 2 weeks until Hyrox Stockholm 🏁💯

Week 48 recap!

Started the week of feeling on the verge of getting sick so took some days of from training and felt normal on thursday.

Started my new gym program doing higher weights and lower reps just to get my strength levels up! 💪

On my sunday long run my foot felt best in probably 3 months time on a 10+ km run. Nice to see improvement! 🤩

Had more work then normal this week with longer days on both wednesday and thursday and test day with on saturday.

Last week of movember and reached my goal with my mustache that is to have a nicer mustache then last year 😂🤝

Week 47 recap 🔥

First race week in a while. Did my first Hyrox double with Atte and had a blast 🤩 Highlight of the race running with and past and 😂💪

The soles of my feet flared up after the race and had to tape them, but fortunately they calmed down the day after so I was able to go for a recovering walk 😆👍

Got sent some products to try out and really enjoyed both the nose strips when sleeping and training and the mouth tape when sleeping 💯

Week 46 recap

Foot have been feeling quite the same now a couple of weeks. Still painfull but a lot less then before. Monday morning run with is now a habit with third week in a row. Went to to plan for our upcoming Hyrox doubles 💪 Noticed that my OCR skills could be better 😆

Did a stair workout with .2 and .2 🔥

Several sunny days this week had the possibility to be outside and enjoy it ☀️

Week 45 recap

Second week in a row on morning run. Did as well my first interval session in 7 weeks time and it was pitch dark 😆 Did my weekly Hyrox workout and ofcourse some wall balls because I really need to improve on them 😅

Spent my weekend in Kokkola with family and friends and got to do my runs on the countryside in Såka and went to the nostalgic Urheilutalo gym which was my go to gym when I lived here.

All in all a good week!

Week 43 recap!

My foot felt better and I was able to run in total 28 km this week. My foot still is a bit irritated and painful but progress is the most important sign at this moment at time 💪

Two strength session and one hyrox session with Atte 🔥 Only 4 weeks to our Hyrox double

On the weekend we celebrated 8 years together with with pizza and going to .kaj concert 🥰😍

Was able to increase my running with 3 km this week. In total 28km. In the beginning of the week my foot felt more painful then before during my 12km run, but in the end of the week my foot felt much better during my 8 km run. Sometimes it can change quickly. Maybe my daily isometric exercises have helped 💪😆

Many sunny days but obly one run outside in the sunshine ☀️

💥Week 42 recap 💥

This week was a better running week. Increased my weekly mileage with 3 km and ran in total 28 km. During my 12 km long run on wednesday my tendon was really painful and irritated but in the end of the week it felt so much better during my 8 km run. Sometimes it can change quickly. Maybe my rehab exercises (isometrics daily + heel raises and rope skipping once a week) have helped 😆💪

Many sunny and beautiful days but only one run outside in the sunshine ☀️

2 strength sessions and 1 hyrox session with Atte 🔥

Plenty of family time on the weekend when my parents came for a visit 🤩

Week 41 recap 🔥

Got 23 km running this week and my longest run was 10 km and from that my tendon pain got a bit irritated. At least I ran more then last week 💪

Tried reformer pilates .fi for the first time ever and it was really nice! 🤩

What else this week ? Went for a swimming session, watched games, ate burgers and had a chill weekend 😎

💥 Week 40 recap 💥

Got back to running again after a bit over 1 week break. My foot pain had calmed down. Did only a short 3km and 5km runs and my foot reacted well 💪 Swimming and strength training as normal on the schedule, but forgot to film 😆

Have now been a month at my new job and really enoying it and feeling very happy about it! 🤩

Weekend filled with being with friends and family 😎

💥Week 39 recap💥

Had a break from running once again, just to calm down my foot pain I have had last couple of weeks and that worked well and the foot pain calmed down. Now next how to get back to running pain free 💪

Some slight flu symptoms at the start of the week so only 2 gym sessions this week 😅

At least some cycling to work and many sunny and beautiful sunrises and sunsets almost the whole week ☀️🤩
