Week 3 recap 🔥
Marathon prep week 3/20 and first time running a 40 km week in a while 💯
Did on tuesday a tempo run and then heavy squats and the next day I felt some slight pain in my back. Was able to continue training as normal apart from deloading a bit on some heavier lifting. Fortunately it went away after 2-3 days 💪
Did my long run together with 🤩
Tested out with Atte and did some Hyrox specific work also 🔥
