Happy Midsummer and sauna greetings to all our followers! 🌿🔥

We’re slowly easing into our summer break, though you’ll still find us hosting some lovely sauna experiences — because sauna work never really feels like work!

It’s been a wonderful spring full of guided sauna sessions and invigorating “Bathe Like a Finn” vihta rituals, and we’re so grateful for everyone who’s joined us along the way.

You can still enjoy traditional vihtominen with us all summer long at Usva Spa in Helsinki — come relax, recharge, and connect with the magic of the sauna. 🌿💦

Today we had the pleasure of being part of Soirée of Serendipity by the wonderful .co —an evening dedicated to exploring the Future of Connection through art, conversation, and gentle rituals that awaken curiosity and presence

As Terhen, we brought Sauna and Rituals to the experience—offering a moment to slow down, reconnect with self and tradition, and let scent and sences guide memory and release. A quiet pause in the flow of the night, where the past and future met in stillness✨

A heartfelt congratulations to Vivian White on 2 years of creating spaces for meaningful encounters! And thank you to all the brilliant minds and kind souls who made the night so special.
