Harvest season has begun and I give thanks for the threshold of these 9 moons as a Mama, harvesting the greatest Love of my life so far.
9 moons in my womb, & 9 moons outside today 🫶 The most magical love, and at the same time 4 cancers in our families within one year… what a ride! 🥹
I am growing in ways only Motherhood could catalyze… Home deeper in love, in myself, with my child and my family…
Joy and grief dance alongside one another in this journey of life… both signs that we are loving with open hearts 💞
Thank you Finland for your pure Nature that holds us with such summer sweetness, energizing and healing… Gratitude to my roots & ancestors here 🌲
Blessings to your harvests and the life lessons they are bringing. May we grow into this new age for humanity where peace prevails and we create the reality we wish to see for the future generations here on Earth. If not now, when? If not us, who? Justice and liberation for all 🌍🙌🍉🕊️

I’m so in love with our daughter. Becoming Mother is reconfiguring everything within me and my life. It’s bringing me closer to Source through Love. I’m so grateful. I haven’t really had the words to share much about it yet… just enjoying the transformation and the blossoming of May, inside and outside. We celebrated our 5 year anniversary with my love, had a baby blessing for Ayona and planting Roses and Berry bushes on the land as the first lotuses bloom. Grateful to witness my daughter growing and to be rebirthing into Mother with all this beauty all around.

Blooming when we’re ready 🪷 Yesterday we celebrated our 5 year anniversary and Ayona’s 6 months, then our first lotus bloomed! 🥰 So grateful for this childhood dream realization. Truly food for the heart and soul to grow this sacred flower in our sanctuary 🙏
Beltane is a season of sacred union, of masculine and feminine passion & I’m so grateful for my partner cocreating precious visions into reality with me. No matter what life brings, how we relate is everything & so grateful for how we laugh! 🫶

Happy Earth day friends 🌿🌍🪻🌳 Every day our Great Mother holds us so generously. This is one of the most important things I wish for my daughter to feel and cultivate her connection to. This relationship to Nature is the foundation for a happy life here. May it be one of reciprocity and regeneration! Thank you Earth Mama! May I learn to hold & nurture life as you do 🙏💕 Also celebrating my dear Sister’s project coming into fruition at .center creating an epic eco village and healing center in Portugal! I am so excited for her to make this vision manifest with the team 🌸 Let’s birth our greatest dreams for the Earth & the future generations. Let’s collaborate the way Nature intended & create nourishing abundance rather than fear culture. It’s in our hands. Together we have the power. On this full moon I want to honour the mess behind all the beauty. The tiredness and aching limbs of holding a growing babe 24/7. The grief of not being able to give as much as before to everyone else in the family. Letting the great mother hold me when I feel empty or lonely or sad. The energy always shows up… 🌸Grounding the village needed for this life to thrive. We can’t do it alone! Celebrating the devotion of motherhood, of flesh and blood poured into nurturing. Grateful for the growth and the new habits forming for life. This is just a season and it is so full of precious precious moments to treasure amidst the aches. What a wonder to discover how resilient we are and how miraculous the human body and heart truly are 🌸 and now, rose vanilla matcha time! blessings to all our relations on this full moon Venus direct Sunday & wherever you are growing y’all 🫶

I’ve found a surprising amount of support from my tattoos in life. To me they are like spiritual armor and each one anchors in a specific intention and prayer, supporting embodiment in a deep way… that’s just been my journey with them and how it unfolded naturally. Tattoos can be much more than adornments when we choose to make them so 🫶 So far I have 12 of them marked on my skin and I’m grateful for all the tattoo artists I’ve worked with to anchor in the vision for each one 🙌 my favourite technique is definitely handpoke and the best experience in receiving was when they were received in nature in a ceremonial way and when my vision has woven with the artist in an intuitive and harmonious way. Very satisfying.
I think for many of us there is a tribal part that remembers the power of marking ourselves. Whether it’s to honour a life change, bring beauty or healing to our bodies, or whatever the reason may be, tattooing has a lot of transformative potential and I love that about it. And also we are perfect the way we are and don’t really need to get tattoos! 😂

The point of balance is here as Spring equinox arrives. Grandmother Spider teaches me patience. I’ve been seeing her loads lately…. She weaves with quiet devotion, behind the scenes, trusting the unseen threads that connect all things. With Venus and Mercury retrograde stirring the depths, I’ve felt this same slow, deliberate weaving within me… old patterns dissolving, new strands forming…
The eclipse brought deep cleansing to my Motherline as my Mama & I gathered together in the Temple with my daughter in ceremony. Deep gratitude for the honouring that unfolded & the release that left space for something new.
The weaving is still taking shape beneath the surface as Eclipse & retrograde season is unfolding. In good timing we are blooming into Spring 🌱 This season asks for both trust & action, woven in harmony, like the spider’s web shimmering with dew drops in the morning light… oh how I love that vision!
Gratitude for the abundant rains here in our mountains & for the water table coming back into balance 🙏

Grounding into the emerging season with my hands in the soil… feels soooo good… like plugging straight into the source of deepest nourishment and regulating my nervous system… Lady Soil… she’s so generous! May we tend to her as generously as she tends to us… life here depends so deeply on her health! I wish politics becomes more about what we give back & how we work together to regenerate… rather than power & profits… in this lifetime please! Meanwhile I’ll be adding woodchip mulch into my garden & feeding the mycelium network of the land. Blessed be! 🍄😘✌️🌱

We are the cycle breakers, the chains liberators, the fierce mothers and earth lovers that were made for these times. Ancestral burdens turning into blessings and false leaders making space for grassroots and mycelium power of the people. How we say no to abuse and transform suffering in our own minds, blood lines and soul karma helps the world become a little lighter and come more into its heavenly potential. 🌍 🕊️ ✨
True resilience and lasting change comes when we work in harmony with Nature. We need patience, strength, and courage in this cocreation. We need to get out of our own ways! We need to remember to ASK, invite and listen to the power of our own hearts and our allies to guide us and be with us. We become the sacred space that Gaia knows us to be. We embody devotion, and we won’t stop until our last breath. For we are the Dragon Mothers and Fathers. We are the change makers made for these times. Let’s keep on rising together. And so it is. 🐚🙏🌹🐉

The wheel of my life turns to the beat of ceremony 🌀 Last week I received my closing of the bones ceremony, marking the end of my fourth trimester, helping my body to feel supported as she releases heaviness of postpartum, rejuvenates her way into Spring and opens deeper and deeper into Motherhood. It was such a beautiful space held by my doula .doula & her friend in our Temple, I feel so grateful for the gift of these ancestral practices that hold us through life’s big changes. My body was steamed, massaged, swayed and tightened with rebozo scarves so I could emerge deeply through dissolving in the cocoon of butterfly medicine.
Baby girl is growing and so am I. Together we are learning so much and celebrating this life we get to play in together. Blessed be our aches and grief that lead us towards our greatest vitality and healing. It’s a full spectrum spiral dance unfolding every day.
