A birth in caul it is a rare for a baby to be born en caul in a vaginal delivery, and it’s more likely to happen during a c-section. En caul births are generally considered safe for both the baby and birthing parent.

This certification responds to the need worldwide to reawaken the ancestral wisdom and traditional ways that had been a very important part of the wellbeing of the society to keep a healthy community, at the same time that we converge with science and evidence based resources to prepare professional Doulas with a deep and balance training in western and traditional ancestral work.

This training its open for all women who feel the call into birth-work, but also for doulas and midwives who feel the call to deepen them studies into traditional midwifery and ancestral work. For this training you don’t need special studies, just power of will to commit to the training and the vision to see yourself working in the birth field.

Throughout this training, you will explore evidence-based doula practices alongside traditional and community-rooted approaches to supporting birth, postpartum, and reproductive transitions. Our goal is to help you develop the skills, awareness, and cultural sensitivity required to serve families with confidence, integrity, and respect for the ancestral wisdom in your Doula Work.

The Vision:

The vision of this training is to bring awareness into the depth aspects of pregnancy, birth, perinatal loss, immediate postpartum and breastfeeding, reawakening the traditional wisdom behind all those passages simultaneously as we offer the tools and practices to support the transitions with contemporary knowledge and evidence base information.

The goal of this training:

The goal of this training is to prepare professionally women to accompany the families with a strong coherence between the traditional and ancestral wisdom with the contemporary knowledge, in which traditions and academic studies converge in balance to respond to women’s needs with emotional intelligence, wisdom, knowledge and intuition as birth doulas.

🔥🌹Doula Week🌹🩷

🍀As a Doula I feel, like I’m the most blessed witness: I have witnessed women’s power, women’s strength, family’s transforming and getting shape into the new space. I have witness the spiritual movement within that powerful space and the Sacredness of pregnancy, birth and Postpartum.

🏵️It is really amazing all levels of emotions that are part of it, and this happens in all births, more or less, but all of them have the power of the unseen: homebirth, hospital birth, in a natural Birth, in a C-section, in a medical birth, etc.

🌺There is not such thing as one place to give birth as the best or the unique one to empower a woman. All of them are the valid as long as its aligned with the deepest desire of the woman.
And as doulas we are q social movement that is looking for making normal respecting womens choices for them births, women’s bodies and babies bodies. We work as best to support As women feeling safe and in charge of them own birth, feeling respected and listened.

🌻Sacred birthing is happening in all kind of places, all births are SACRED & UNIQUES.

🙏For this and more I feel infinitely grateful to each woman and family that has allowed me to be part of them transformational journey and all students learning with me and traditional midwives, bringing ancestral wisdom back in the space. Last Saturday Spring Equinox Ceremony❤️

After such of winter in Finland we celebrate the Sun shining ❤️🔥💕🌸🩷🩷🥰
We celebrate life and all the movement of the waters❤️

We pray for all what we care for and what we love❤️🔥

To keep ceremonies with love, respect and humbleness help us to flow with the natural rhythm of life in our planet❤️

It support our path on this beautiful planet in balance with all what it’s beyond and part of it❤️

I’m so grateful with the sisters coming here to connect, to dance, to sing, to pray, to drink ceremonial cacao, and to have fun connecting with each other❤️🔥🥰🩷🌹

We are building a real beautiful community and that’s such of a blessing❤️🔥🥰🌹🌸

Bathing is a stressful procedure for a neonate and an early first bath has been shown to destabilize the vitals in apparently healthy neonates, especially temperature, glucose levels, and respiratory status.

And the most important part of it are the pheromones, the bacteria and the bounding between baby and mother- baby and father and baby with brothers and sisters.

A newborn baby it’s not supposed to have a bath for thousands of reasons and yet, they keep it as a protocol in a place where evidence science knows the cons of it.

You can always tell the doctors and nurses that u don’t want to bath your baby.

The difference between an umbilical cord that was cut too soon and the one after 4hrs of birth❤️

That blood belong to the baby❤️ and it’s super sad the hurry and rush in which people works now days.
In our blood lives our ancestral memory and those are our sacred waters❤️ keeping them safe and protected it’s our responsibility ❤️
