Small Group PT starting January – 3 spots

Starting a new small-group PT block in Sture/Vallila from January. Three people max. Proper coaching, structured sessions, and a clear plan to get you stronger over eight weeks.

We’ll use everything in the studio: barbell, kettlebells, dumbbells, SkiErg, TRX, plyo space, and the sessions will mix strength, power, conditioning and mobility.

What we’ll do:

•Strength work with clear progressions
•Power training
•Conditioning that supports strength
•Mobility and movement prep
•Simple tracking so you know you’re improving week to week

Group HIIT Circuit 🔥One-Off Special Sessions🔥

I’ll be running a few small-group strength circuit classes at Voimalaitos, Merihaka. These will be full-body sessions combining weights, bodyweight, plyometrics, and core work.

Classes are 45 minutes and are limited to 6 people, so you’ll get plenty of coaching and personal attention. I’ll help fine-tune your form, push your pace, and give you tips along the way.

Expect a solid warm-up, a challenging circuit, and a short cool-down to finish. It’s going to be fun, sweaty, and seriously effective.

Bringing kids into this world is no small thing. Physically, mentally and emotionally it’s a ride. You’re over the moon about welcoming a new life, and at the same time, the thought of going through it all again can feel heavy. It can feel challenging and pretty damn hard at times, but I’ve finally reached a place where I feel steady. And honestly, I’d go through it all ten times over if it meant ending up with these little guys.

Whatever the timeline, just keep moving forward. Focus on the basics, stay consistent, and trust that your time will come. Those little ones need you. 🖤

As I wrapped up my HIIT classes after nine amazing years yesterday, I just wanted to take a moment to say thank you. Your kind messages and comments yesterday really mean a lot. The Final Curtain Call

After nearly 9 years of running HIIT classes, training hundreds (maybe thousands!) of amazing people, it’s time to hit pause this autumn.

It’s been such a ride! Some workouts had us laughing so hard we forgot we were sweating, and others pushed you to the edge. I’ve met so many incredible people along the way, some of you crushing these sessions for years, showing up every Monday with energy, grit, and determination.

As my business has grown, my time has become tighter and work has increased, and with class numbers going down, it feels like the right moment to step back.

This isn’t goodbye. Maybe I’ll be back next summer in Paloheinä, and in the meantime, if you want to explore other ways to train with me, feel free to reach out 😊

Starting 𝟐𝟐𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐞𝐩𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫, I’ll be running 𝐇𝐈𝐈𝐓 𝐜𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐬 every Monday at 18:30-19:15, until 15th December, at the VPK in Pakila.

I’ve been running these classes in the area for eight years and, as a qualified physiotherapist, personal trainer, and fitness coach, I’ve helped hundreds, if not thousands, of people get fitter, stronger, and more confident in their bodies.

It’s not the tough situation that creates your excuses. It’s your perception of it!

Injuries, finances, jobs, relationships, genetics, whatever. Everyone’s got something hard to deal with.

This isn’t a post saying your struggles don’t matter. Because they do.

But you still get to choose how you respond.

Can’t train like you used to? Train differently.
