I began the yoga journey after a very stressful job, were I began to look for some way to conect with me. After seeing all the benefits of yoga in me I decided to travel to Asia and learn everything I could about it. 2 years traveling and always had in the back of my mind i wanted to open a place for people to heal, to be happy to conect! Didnt know were it would be Mexico, Australia, Asia, didnt know. Life has a beautiful way to put everything in its place and Helsinki is the place, After many years of planniing finally the dream is coming true! check it out . I began my yoga journey looking for a way to conect with myself after a busy workday, few months of strong practice and I decided to travel to Asia and learn all I could of its traditions. Learnt from great nepali people, Thai healers, Austrailan traditions, and always had in the back of my mind to open a place to help people to heal and conect through yoga. A place to embrace who you really are and just be. A place to smile and to get deep into yourself. I didnt know were this place was going to be as I was traveling all over. It has been a years of work were I have been planing about this place. years of work of learning, exploring, dreaming, manifesting. Finally this dream and project is hapening and will be in Finland.
My aim is to create a yoga community of great people to get deep into all the benefits of yoga.
