Hellän tehokas 4 viikon kurssi on suunniteltu erityisesti uusille äideille, jotka haluavat palauttaa voimaa, parantaa ryhtiä ja löytää yhteyden omaan kehoonsa – samalla kun saavat viettää aikaa vauvan kanssa.

Jokainen 45 minuutin tunti sisältää tasapainoisen yhdistelmän lihasten vahvistamista, venyttelyä ja tietoista liikettä, jotka tukevat palautumista synnytyksen jälkeen. Vauvan voi ottaa mukaan tunnille – harjoitukset on suunniteltu niin, että ne ovat sekä tehokkaita äideille että mukavia pienokaisille.

Kurssia ohjaa ihana Elli, sertifioitu ohjaaja ja kahden lapsen äiti, joka tuntee sekä synnytyksen jälkeisen palautumisen vaiheet että pienten lasten kanssa elämisen ilot ja haasteet. Hänen lämpönsä ja kokemuksensa luovat tukevan ja tervetulleen ilmapiirin, jossa on helppo tuntea olonsa rennoksi.

On November 1–2 in Helsinki, we invite you to a 2-day intensive “Vibrational-Acoustic Massage with Singing Bowls” led by Ivan and Katya.

This is a structured training where you will learn both the theory and practice of sound therapy. Over two days you will study how singing bowls affect the body and mind, master vibrational massage techniques from the basics to advanced methods, and gain hands-on experience with professional instruments handcrafted in Nepal and Bengal.

The intensive is suitable for complete beginners as well as for those who want to deepen their knowledge and expand their professional toolkit. No prior experience is required — only your interest and readiness to learn.

By the end of the program you will:
• Confidently use singing bowls in personal practice or client work
• Understand the principles of resonance and sound impact on health
• Be able to design and lead individual and group sessions
• Receive a certificate from the International School SOUNDYOGA.RU

After the training, you will also gain access to a private community chat where you can ask questions, share experiences, and continue growing with ongoing support. In addition, participants will have a special opportunity to purchase their own bowls at a reduced price.
